I just couldn’t pass up the sale. You have outstanding products. Customer service services hands-down the best I’ve dealt with in a long time.

Great company, great guns. Was on an extreme time crunch to get my gun delivered in time while on my off days for the oil field due to Colorados new August laws going into effect, and would not be able to pick the gun up after my next hitch if it hadn’t came on an extremely short delivery for most gun orders. Got my gun made and shipped within a week. Definitely will continue to be a returning customer.

CMMG made it easy to purchase the items I wanted. Shipping was free and reasonably fast.

I accidentally ordered the wrong model late on a Saturday night. Instantly emailed cmmg explaining what I did and asked what i needed to do if anything could be done. They emailed me right back Monday morning explaining what I needed to do about the situation an where extremely understanding. First time dealing with cmmg and will definitely be supporting them in the future as well as telling anyone who interested in something new to check them out.

Ordering is easy enough, im just wondering why my whole order has to wait on the one item that's on backorder.

I’ll still give 5 stars because I’ve shot a Banshee .300 and I was sold the second it hit my hands. Felt really good. totally understand it’s my fault for not reading the fulfillment/delivery times so that’s on me. However, if I did, I would have still bought the Banshee .300 B.O. here at CMMG. 30 days isn’t bad knowing it’s coming straight from maker! Thanks everyone, day 14 and counting!

Outstanding customer service and support! I have been working with Randi fine tuning my 5" 9mm Banshee, MkGs, over the past 9 months. Have changed supressors from a Resilient RS9 to a CAT Mob, as well as ammo. Randi, as well as the CMMG Team as a whole, have been incredibly helpful, with spot on advice and very quick responses and shipping. Thank you for a job well done, much appreciated!

I bought a 22LR conversion kit on their website. It was easy to navigate as well as check out.

I dislike how long it takes to get any orders from CMMG. Im also disappointed that I bought your gun and your suppressor for my gun 9mm banshee and you couldn’t send the $25 part I needed so it will fire without malfunction when suppressed. I could see if it was another company’s suppressor but it’s not and I paid a premium price for both the gun and suppressor. You have a great product but so do other gun manufacturers, so given the choice I will probably use them in the future. I have a new Taurus RPC that I love and it came with all the parts I need to shoot suppressed or not. And the gun was way cheaper. Also have a Springfield St. Victor pdw and it also came with everything I need and a badass case to put it in. Also cheaper than the gun I have from you. You need to step up your costumer service just a little bit or the profits your worry about will disappear completely in a very short time. Thank you listening sincerely David Sullivan

The product arrived quickly. It was as advertised with obvious defects. I’m still waiting on some additional before I can shoot it.

Received item missing parts that make it unusable and reached out with no response .

UPDATE: they finally reached out and told me to contact the maker of the product. The maker said would send me the missing parts.

Had the product I was looking for in stock. Good delivery times.
