Dear Christine, we understand you're not sure what to do. But is it an acceptable reason to give us a one-star rating?
We have a lot of resources that people worldwide can use to understand everything they need every step of the way.
Such as:
- GPS Essential Training.
- Knowledge base and FAQ.
- Online communities on Telegram and Facebook.
- YouTube channel.
- Live Chat
- 24/7 Ticket Support System.

With all these resources, as you can understand, not knowing what to do is not excusable if you are willing to put a minimum effort.
So, we kindly invite you to proceed with your learning process and come back here as soon as you can to give us the most appropriate rating.

Dear Sonia, thank you for your feedback. Your irony is totally out of context. You confirmed your GPS only yesterday! What did you expect?😂😂
Nevertheless, if you look at your COOP Status report, you will notice easily that out of the 30 "referrals" you should receive during your first 30 days, you have already received 13 of them, which is even more than what you should have received initially, when you still have no idea about how to follow them up as they deserve.
And, if you had at least read the information in your Trial Partner Control Center, or later, started the GPS Essential Training included in your subscription, you would have learned that every month your GPS deliver a specific number of Cooperative Advertising, which guarantees a certain number of what you call "referrals" (we don't call them like that).
And once it has delivered to you all those "referrals" for the current month, you can't receive any more personal "referrals" until the next renewal. But, in the mean your GPS keeps working for you, thanks to all the other GPS existing in your organization. And you also can work closely with all those personal and not personal "referrals."
Last but not least, you already have one REAL Partner in your organization. And this happened in your First day!! Ok, you'll thank us later, don't worry. 🥳
But again, as without knowing anything at all about your GPS platform, you risk missing a vast part of its potential, we kindly advise you to complete the GPS Essential Training and possibly come back here as soon as possible to give Clubshop the rating it deserves.
