so bad, support very bad
activation vps take more than 3day

AVOID - I have had a machine with them for a couple years now and it CONSTANTLY goes offline. They don't even have a system to alert them when a machine goes offline for them to reboot.

I constantly need to make tickets to say it has gone offline and then they put it back up. Almost 0 compensation from them. The only compensation I got was a pathetic attempt to compensate for all the downtime

After making a request for server changes, a clovux agent got to my ticket to change my pterodactyl panel settings experiously. Very satisfied.

I recently encountered an issue with my server after upgrading to Ubuntu 24, and I was initially unable to access the service. The Clovux support team, especially Ultan, was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Despite the hiccup, they quickly rebooted the server and got everything back up and running smoothly.

Their support team was efficient and courteous, and they kept me informed every step of the way. It turned out the issue was on their end, but they resolved it without any hassle. 😊 Really appreciated their prompt assistance and professionalism.

I've been using Clovux for a while to host my website and API and I haven't had to restart it once in the several months (seriously!), no crashes, no downtime, no problems!
Everything runs smoothly and smoothly it does run, never interacted with support so I don't know how they are, but it's GOOOOD, good performance for a good price!

No help yet for two days bought server thats not ready yet

I have used 2 services with clovux in the past I have used dedicated hosting and now I currently use their website hosting.

This is the best hosting for minecraft, vps and dedicateds. Also in the web hosting, is special for me because their support is incredible, maybe is not to fast, like other hostings, but, it is very effective. In fact, they fix problems until they don't have much to do with them.

Have been with Clovux for 5 months now! They have been great service and have even gone the extra mile for me. Everything works great and don't usually have to contact them often for support.

I have used Clovux for years now, in terms of their customer service and ticket support sometimes it may take a little bit for them to respond but they are always extremely nice, and solve the problems every time. In terms of their servers I cannot personally recommend any other host besides Clovux, no other provider has the most bang for your buck then Clovux.

Good experience, still working with this hosting, everything is amazing. Good performance, good speed, staff answered me everytime in less than 5 minutes. I made mistakes with invoice and other stuff, and they fixed it with no problems. Recommended 100%

I recently made the unfortunate decision to purchase a Storage VPS from this hosting provider, and it has been nothing short of an abysmally poor experience.

The trouble began right after I made my purchase. I reached out to their support team to inquire about the status of my order, as it had been 2 days since my order, and I hadn't received my VPS. My first message was sent on August 30th, 2023, where I asked for an update on my purchase. Ultan, a member of their support team, responded within a day with the information that "Storage VPS preorders are activated within 2 weeks of ordering," and I should expect an email once it's activated. I found this to be quite frustrating, as nowhere on their website did it mention such a long activation time. (Edit, it does mention this but only at the VERY bottom of their lengthy Terms of Service which mentions every other product first).

As time passed, and my frustration grew, I decided to reach out again on September 9th, 2023, as I still hadn't received any communication or access to my server. I asked if they could expedite the process or arrange a refund. To my dismay, there was no response from their end whatsoever.

Finally, on September 23rd, 2023, I sent another message expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting an update. I pointed out that it had been almost a month since I made the purchase and my server had still not been deployed. Again, I received nothing back from Ultan despite their "Live Sales Chat" showing him as being online.
In summary, this hosting provider has displayed a complete lack of transparency and customer service. They fail to inform customers about the lengthy activation times for their services, leaving them in the dark for weeks. The lack of responsiveness and disregard for my concerns is truly disappointing.

I even contacted their live support and received a quick response promising me someone would look into my ticket, I am yet to receive a reply to my ticket a week after this interaction.

I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and explore other options. My experience has been nothing short of a frustrating and infuriating waste of time and money. This company's customer service is abysmal, and I regret ever doing business with them. I have opened a PayPal chargeback as clearly I won't be getting a refund via a ticket.

I ordered a Minecraft Server (Pterodactyl), and a VPS. Experienced good performance and good assistance (even though the replies are a bit slow, but that's not a problem). They're cheap and reliable, don't hesitate to use them.

Very affordable servers, been using them for 5+ years and 0 issues.

for someone who needs a vps at low prices clovux is definitely the way to go, and cant fault them for anything helpful staff and great services will be continuing to be using them for many months to come

I have a minecraft server and a website both hosted by clovux. The Minecraft server is running since 2017 with a 1-1.5 year break. It wasn't flawless, I had 2 issues when the server wasn't working due to hosting having some problems, but overall for the price they offer it's still 5 stars.
I always recommend Clovux to new server owners who want a stable and affordable service.
