The package was sent you had the tracking and it was updating everyday.
It stuck at customs then it got returned to us this happens sometimes in europe due to it being smoking paraphernalia.
We sent you a full refund to your bank.
We have checked our full email we never had one from you if we did we would have replied immediately.
