Has been a very reliable service. Have had a web application running on a small VPS there for nearly a year. Very cost effective and runs a choice of Linux systems - I'm using Ubuntu.

non existant support, never reply to tickets and wont help with anything (ie. preexisting PTR records on the IPs provided, wont react to request to remove/change them), no ipv6 support too
I did purchase a VPS around 3 days ago, the payment was paid. still VPS is not active. it says it is pending. I raised a ticket to them, but they have not replied yet.
This is frustating
I paid for the $10/year LEB plan. My only issue is the lack of features on the management panel. I have to heavily rely on the console.
I sent a pre-sale question and called them out ahead of time due to wanting the entire year paid in advance. Company's that do that are dishonest and don't care nor deliver. That is based on my past bad VPS experiences. They still have not acknowledged receipt of my message nor have done anything as small as offer a few test IP's so I can pick a location. The better VPS providers do that without asking on the front end. Date is best guess. If I had gotten a receipt for the inquiry I would know the exact date. The prices are 5 star but not if they cannot deliver nor discuss anything.
This is worlds WORST provider! I have paid for my VPS 3 days ago and still have no access to it. Support does not exist. And "contact us" page is 404...
WORST Web Hosting Company!
They do NOT respond to tickets in their own system, nor to emails sent directly. Looks like a bunch of scammers!
Bought a vps and then requested cancellation, no response, no refund. Case opened with PayPal.
AVOID this company!
Good price and nice customer service
I bought a KVM vps from them about half a year ago; everything has worked well till now, and they also offer a very good price that is very affordable. They also have very good customer support.
The only issue is that sometimes they have bugs on their panel that prevent you from reinstalling the system.
