The best flat iron & hair brush
Their website is easy to navigate and the items I purchased were delivered quickly to my door. Highly recommend as their products are of exceptional quality. The BEST flat iron I’ve ever used, only one pass over the hair using the wide Cloud 9 hair straightener. Hair doesn’t get caught in the process. I got a free hair brush with my order which has become my favourite. It has boar bristles in it which easily tame the fly away hairs.

Hair straightener is very very good
Highly recommend to everyone. its the best i choose this other than the ghd.. i had other cloud nine flat iron before. it makes my hair soft and very straight and i got a very curly hair. give this a go and you wont regret it . its so worth it..

Best purchase! The hair dryer alone is amazing and dries my hair so quickly. Obsessed with the volumiser for a bouncy blow out look, which I find so hard to achieve myself with brushes. So light, I’m packing it for my euro holiday.

Easy process
Easy process. Good price and prompt delivery. The straightener is just what I needed as it has temperature control with lowest setting to stop my white hair yellowing when I straighten my fine fringe.

Dissatisfied don’t waste your money
Bought airshot pro dryer Jan 2026 waste of money for $380 comes with one nozzle only the larger one which is no good for styling and now it rattles as if something is broken inside - not happy would not recommend much better dryers out there fir half the price

Warranty returns
Sent broken straightener back for repair and missed the click here button and sent to their address at bottom of website, seems this is their accountants address and no one knows anything, had to drive 2hrs to see if it was there, luckily yes and I live in Sydney, to pickup and resend, after that all good😬
