Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered 4 pairs for my family for Christmas. I have received NOTHING and have sent so many emails and NEVER had a reply other than their autogenerated email saying they will respond within a couple business days. I receive promotional emails at least 1-2 times daily but no response to my missing purchase. So disappointed.

Total FRAUD and scam. Shoes are a piece of crap. Did not respond to 8 emails. Phone# phony. I am elderly disabled lady on social security. Shame on them. Is this how they would treat their own mother??SHAME SHAME!

I ordered a pair of slides for my son for Christmas. They sent a size smaller than what I ordered. After multiple emails they will not respond to exchange for the correct size. This company is a scam

Omg now reading the reviews is so disgusted, I order 3 pairs and received 2 inside envelope but the third pair never came! I’m trying get in contact since December/22 , the phone number is a fake , when I send email right after I receive other with context of they will be in contact in 5 days business days , I’m writing ever other day but cloud never answer back , I even tried the number is s fake one 😡 if are from the cloud and reading please get back to your clients!

I ordered 9 slides from this company last dec. 19 and paid for expedited shipping ($39), only received 2 and no follow up info on the rest. Paid cash for it. No respect or regard for their customer. I think this is a scam. I paid $241+

Do not order from this company, they are scammers. What was described as soft as a cloud was hard as a rock. Forget about a refund, they will never respond to your calls or emails. Admittedly I give up, don’t make the same mistake

I ordered these "Cloud Cushion" sandals expecting them to feel comfy like a cushiony cloud. Well, they are horrible! Feels like hard styrofoam! Tried contacting this alleged company three times with no response! I just wasted $27.85. I guess I can give to my puppies to use as a chew toy as they are so hard - they will not break.

Received two pair of the Cloud Cushion Slides. Small for the size and hard and uncomfortable - not at all as described - more like walking on hard plastic. Contacted the company and received a reply the next day saying someone will contact me about the return. Have sent 4 more emails - no reply. Will be contacting credit card company.

Shoes I ordered are horrible! Waited over a month for one pair to come in so I could return both. I've tried to contact company several times for instructions where to send back for a refund & get no response. Wish I would have researched this better before I ordered from them. Stay away from "Cloud Slides"... Amazon has better pillow slide shoes & there's no hassles in returning. I will donate these 2 pairs to charity & chalk it up as a learning experience!

Total scam! I ordered a pair and they did not even look like the shoes advertised. They were hard and uncomfortable. I want to return them! I’ve sent three emails, phone calls and social media messages and no response. I’m forced to dispute the charges at this point! Do not order from these people.

I would give this site a negative rating if I could. I was in awe when I received my slide - the packaging, quality, workmanship, sizing & finally the customer service. I sent email to initiate return request immediately & followed up with another 2 emails & left phone message, but received no response at all. I finally had to resolve the issue by disputing the charge with the credit card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

I ordered these slides on October 18 and I still have not received them! I have contacted this company and asked for an update and I have heard nothing! Do not order from Cloud Cushion Slides! I give this company a minus!

If I could give no stars then I would. I ordered them and they took over a month and a half to get. I’m an 8.5 and ordered a 9, they came super short- inaccurate sizing. Emailed 3x no response, called the number on the website and left a message. No response. Another scam website no doubt that resembles real cloud slides. I’ll do better next time by searching better for the correct and legitimate website.

I bought three pairs of shoes from this company for myself and my daughters. Their shoes sizes were smaller than our shoes size. I emailed them to send me a return label, no response. I called their phone that is not working. I payed shipping and mailed it before the 90 days. I used the tracking # from USP to checked if they have received it. Yes they have received the package. It has been over a month, I still did not get my refund which is about $85.00. I do not know who to call and report this company

Biggest scam ever! I ordered a pair a shoes close to two months ago, paid for expedited deliver. For the last 3 weeks I have been getting emails saying order shipped, but the tracking information just says label printed. Customer service does not contact you or answer any messages. No refund and no order received. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!

Website didn’t list that it was in USD. Purchase took months to arrive. Slides didn’t fit and they won’t issue me a refund/exchange.

Ordered slides on 7/2/22, received them 9/5/22 - website suggests I’d get my order within 7-12 business days. I ordered a half size larger and they seem to fit me two sizes smaller. Not comfortable and very cheaply made. 3 emails sent regarding the status of my order, all unanswered.
**I submitted a claim to my bank at the end of July proving I paid for a service and hadn’t received the item, and that I’d attempted to reach out. The bank reimbursed the total amount back to me (including shipping).**

I asked to exchange for a smaller size. Two requests no response. This is a scam. DO NOT ORDER.
