I ordered two pairs (two different sizes). When they came, they were both the same size... way too small. Rubber is VERY stiff... no "cushion" at all. Emailed to see about return and no response. They send 2-3 sales emails daily! Do not purchase.

Do not purchase from this company. If you need to return you’ll have to ship them to Austria at your expense. The fuzzy clogs are almost like slipping your feet into cardboard. And are not true to size. Super cheap and not well made.

I received my slides and they were too big.I asked how to return them and 5 emails later they want to resolve this on their terms. Returns ARE NOT simple

BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased 2 pairs-they are HORRIBLE. I ordered my normal size, but they are at least 2 sizes too big and unwearable. I did contact the company, but I'm pretty sure return shipping to AUSTRIA will be more than what I paid. I'm out $50-I will think twice about ordering from unknown companies on the internet.

This business is horrible and a scam. They never respond to emails. Lucky we used paypal. To get it remediated.

They made mistakes with the order just like the other reviewer and make you pay for the return shipping. Even though it says on their website they will provide a return label. I tried to go back to their site and the browser scanner recognized the site as malicious and scammer. Seriously wish I had seen this review before. Lesson learned, check Trustpilot before any online purchases!

I ordered a 7.5 ladies Cloud Cushion Slide and received an extra wide slide (size 38/39) big enough to fit a man size 10. They want me to pay for the shipping to return it even though the shoe is not a 7.5 size. This product was shipped directly from China. I dont trust this company and do not recommend doing business with them

Just received my CLOUDS today. I bought 3 pair black beige and orange. OMG!!! My feet are so happy right now these are the best!!!! They feel betta than my orthopedic insoles. I got plantar fasciitis and wow feel like I’m walking on cloud nine for real. Thanks so much for the invention of these shoes don’t ever stop. I will be purchasing more of these shoes but I want more dark color selections thanks.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🤣🤣🤣

Never received product. They didn’t respond to my inquiries about them. Fortunately, my credit card dispute went through.

Unfortunately I got the but 2 get 1 free. I wish I would have refused and sent them back. These are horrible. They are not comfortable. They continue to hurt my feet and it took a long time to get them. I’m very unhappy with these shoes. If I would have gotten these from another company I could have sent them back.

Aside from the shoes taking over a month to arrive, they are *shockingly* uncomfortable, and not the color I ordered. It is incredible that something made of such lovely material could actually be so ill-fitting on my foot, to the extent that the slides feel like they are on the wrong foot. The arch support is higher on the outside of my foot than the inside (??), there is not enough room at the front edge of the shoe for my toes to fit, and the strap is not placed such that it actually keeps the slide on when I walk. These are clearly not designed for actual human feet. I never write reviews but this was so crazy bad, I felt compelled. Stay away.

Horrible company! Received 3 pair, didnt like the way they fit, tried to return them and was told I had to pay at my own expense to ship them to Europe, because of conflict in the U.S. warehouse??? That is ridiculous!! Please do not buy from this company!!!

I wish I would have read these reviews before I order from this site. I order from thecloudies.com and I order a size smaller based on what the site says about them running bigger. It took forever for them to come and they were too small. I tried to exchange them and you have to wait for them to send you an email after you contact them by email stating you want to exchange your order. Then I receive a response saying they need a picture of the shoes before they will authorize an exchange. On top of that you have to pay to ship them back and then get the new pair shipped back to you. What a scam! Stay clear of this site and this company!

Tried to cancel the order did not get a response. Wrote them several times. Also tried to call the number they gave and always a busy signal. I’m going to refuse the order when it comes, hope i get my money back

Wish I saw all of these reviews first, I bought three pairs, the two that were the correct size are still super weird sizing, the third pair were just wrong, lots of emails, won’t let me return, exchange, refund. Definitely just a complete scam, if you even receive your order I think they just chuck a random piece of foam in the bag and don’t even look at sizing.

The sneakers I bought online from what claimed to be cloud cushion slides were cheaply made. You could see the glue, there was no gold chain, and the sole was too small for the shoe. This was a scam, buyer be very aware.
