I ordered took over a month to receive. After three weeks I asked for my money back. I tried to have my pay pal get involved, once done I received the stupid product. No more cloudies for me, their customer service is terrible.

I live in Michigan and it took a month and the shady tracking from some company called ACI said they delivered it and never did. Cloudies refused to refund or send a new pair and said I had to provide them with an affidavit from ACI tracking and i could not reach them either! This whole place is a scam dont order from here!

These are not orthopedics as advertised! I waited over a month for them to arrive and they are not what I thought I was ordering! I contacted the company for the return procedure and didn’t receive a reply the first time. The second time I contacted them, they replied that it would cost me to return the slippers, and I would have to ship them to Austria! When I was tracking the shipment, they came from China! They replied that if it was too much “hassle” to ship them back, that I could buy another pair for 50% off and just keep them and gift them to someone! It would probably cost me as much for postage as the slippers cost, if not more! Why would I want to buy another pair if they are not what I’m looking for?! It doesn’t matter if they were selling them for $1! Buyers, beware!

Ordered a size larger and way too small. Then they want me to pay postage to Austria. Rip off. Do not order from this awful company

If you live in the US, don't buy this product from Cloudies unless you have already tried them on. If you do not like them, the cost to ship them back is more than the refund.

If I could give it zero stars I would! Not only am I waiting a month after ordering and still NO SLIDES, I also can’t get the company to respond to numerous emails about when they will arrive. When I click on track shipping, it says they have not been shipped! I was told on Dec. 22 they were in route and would be delivered in 3-5 days. Nope!! Worst company ever!! So whether they are comfortable or not, I wouldn’t know since I still haven’t received shipment. I would never order from them again.

Refuse to refund me and are now ignoring my emails instead of sending me a return address label. Offered to send another pair but I pay $10 for them. I don't want ANY pairs. So completely lied about their return policy! Beware!

Not only are the shoes uncomfortable, but the return address I was given is in Austria. So if I want my money back I have to pay $50 in shipping. Such a scam, when they pretend to have offices in Wyoming.

Horrible experience. The worst quality shoes. I asked for a refund and they have not given me the details to go ahead with the refund to this day. They are a scam website, they say they have a refund policy but doesn’t apply what they say on their website

I got cloud slippers size was big and I was told I cannot return it. They can give me another smaller size with 20% discount and throw the other new ones out since they are of no use to me .
Most of the places you buy products you can return or exchange them . But this company is the worse policy they have . Stay away from them. I was very disappointed being a senior they treat senior terribly. Don’t bother buying from Clouds

Scam. Shoes are horrible, too short in length and there is a huge gap between the top of my foot and the arch of the slide. They deliberately make returns more expensive than the slide, so you are out what you paid for this garbage.

If you need to return these, YOU HAVE TO SHIP TO AUSTRIA! I paid $45 for three pairs. It would have cost me $95 to mail them back, and customers must pay for returns. The website has a business address in the U.S. No warning about needing to ship to Austria. They will not budge on this issue. Avoid. There are other cheap, made in China, comfy sliders that come from better businesses!

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would! The worst customer service I have ever experienced! After hearing all of the great reviews about this product, I purchased three pairs on a special they were offering. They didn't fit comfortably at all. They are not soft and do not offer good support. The company offers a 30-day money back guarantee, and after my initial email asking to return the product, they suggested that I keep what I ordered and "give them to someone else" and that I should order more for myself! I wrote to them again asking why I would keep them, and order more if the ones I already bought were uncomfortable! I asked how I can get a refund and it took me over two weeks to hear back from someone after sending NUMEROUS emails to their "customer service" AND "support". When I tried using the phone number on their website to speak to an actual person, it said that they do not accept calls and to write to them via email! Email after email and I didn't hear anything. I finally heard back and this is what they wrote: "The return shipping cost for one pair may range from $10 to $15.
We suggest you keep these pairs and gift them to someone to avoid paying for the return, instead, you can purchase a new pair for $14.95."!!! Are you serious??? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY that does not stand by their product and does not offer the customer service that you can get from many other online companies who offer much better products. Definitely not worth the time and effort I had to go through. I am now stuck with 3 pairs of Cloud Slides I can't wear! Buyer beware!

These are not what they are marketed as being. Sizes are all wrong, not comfortable at all, and they cause my feet to slip. I have slight arthritis in my knees and thought they would help. Wore them today just to give it one more try. Half way through my errands, my right leg was cramping up from me tensing it up to walk right in these shoes. Do not waste your money. Trust me, it does not feel like you're walking on clouds! Complete waste of money!!!

Absolute garbage cheaply made and they sent the wrong size and when I wanted to return cause of the wrong size they offerd 60% off to buy more to keep them because they are in Austria and you have to pay the return fee Eventhough then sent the wrong size dont bother waste of money

Order 2 for 1, they were too large & uncomfortable. i asked to return with Prepaid label. Nope. They offered 40% off, then 60% off if I order a new pair. Nope. I would have to return via USPS to Austria!!!!

I ordered 3 pair 2 pair are awful

1 pair are smashed out of shape. Second pair has clearly been worn by someone. The bottoms are dirty and the fur is smashed down.

Don't bother! These eventually arrived after 3 weeks, however that would have been ok had the sandals been worth waiting for. They were advertised as £25.95 reduced from £50. The photos on the site look as if there are actual buckles on the straps which I assumed could be adjusted. This is not so. They are moulded from cheap light weight plastic all in one. There is no buckle, therefore no adjustment.
The company agreed to refund on receipt of the sandals - but there is no UK distribution so they have to be returned to IOWA. This is not acceptable. Thank goodness I did not pay £50! Total waste of money. DO NOT BUY

I ordered two pairs. They arrived in 3 weeks and are not wearable. They are way too wide, offer no support. I walk right out of them. I want to return them and I'm reading they will force me to send them to another country to return. They should/must have a drop station in the US where they could be returned to and then sent back, bulk to China. This is a scam. The cost to return is prohibitive. They misrepresent themselves as being supportive and good for your feet. If I wear these, I'll certainly twist an ankle or worst. I wasted, $49.23!

This company deserve a zero not even 1 star, it took them almost a month to resolve my issue when my soles got sent to the wrong address. The investigation took almost a month to rectify and they couldn’t even provide me with a replacement or refund , you have to go to the seller as they will not communicate to the seller and resolve this with customer service , instead it’s up to you to do their job for them.

The customer service is pitiful , appalling and disgusting and I would avoid them like the plague. I do not wish this company any success and I really hope this business goes down in flames.

Worst people in the world to deal with , absolute scum.
