Lovely company to deal with
Lovely company to deal with. I couldn’t be without my Closomat. The annual maintenance visit is a massive reassurance. The engineers are excellent.

Highly recommend clsomat toilet
I cannot recommend clsomat highly enough. As a disabled person, this toilet has genuinely helped me regain my independence and confidence in everyday life. It is easy to use, reliable, and has made such a positive difference to my comfort and dignity. The quality and thought put into the design are excellent, and it has improved my day-to-day routine more than I expected. I’m extremely grateful for the support and freedom it has given me.

The engineerc couldn’t help me
The engineer couldn’t help me as a Ot has to scansion a replacement toilet seat a big John and the Birmingham city council have to scansion it

Good morning,
I think I had four attempts to schedule my appointment; it was canceled several times, but when the engineer came, the job was done professionally and quickly, and nothing was too much trouble for him. Having a Closomat toilet gave me the independence that I craved for. I am a big guy, I stay in assisted living following a stroke,and this gave me my own time, without the need for carers. Thank you.

Reported an issue with our toilet…
Reported an issue with our toilet leaking. Engineer came out and said the toilet wasn't secure to the ground and he couldn't fix this. Contacted landlords, sent out maintenence guy, secured toilet to the ground, but couldn't fix the leak as it was part of the closomat water connections, which could have been fixed by the closomat engineer initially, so would get this raised with closomat. So months later, still no further contact from closomat, and the toilet is still leaking.
