I have found this to be a great company, the products on the site are first class and there are so many things to choose from.
The customer service is quick and responsive to answer any queries and I do recommend the site to all who are interested in this wonderful craft

I have not completed yet , this is the first time I have done this ,finding it a bit difficult

After a mix up with my order which was rectified, I embarked on the journey of learning how to do this very challenging new craft.
I've made mistakes but learnt heaps.
Looking forward to doing another kit soon.

I've ordered from Cloisonnekit.com several times now. Their products are high quality, and they're actively improving their selections all the time! I started out buying the kits, but now also buy the supplies to finish my own designs! They are extremely responsive (on facebook or email) to questions, and will fix any problems with orders (which happened once; they sent the wrong kit, but immediately shipped the right one on notification). They also run a facebook group where people who do this craft can discuss and share projects, which is pretty cool!

The instructions were amazingly clear and simple very east to understand.
I have not finished it yet but it is very interesting and a brilliant challenge

Never received my package and when I asked for it I was told it’s been delivered. Then they said they can resend me new one but I have to pay some money! Instead of finding my package!
When I asked for refund no one answered me again!

I like the tree picture I bought , I didn't notice all the birds in the picture...but I think I'll just adapt the pictur to what I need.good kit , a little hard to get the hang of the laying tge wire in place and bending it ..

Arrives in a timely fashion. Plenty of everything needed in the kit. Beautiful designs.

The equipment provided isnt the same as in the pictures. The scissor is terrible and doesn’t cut without pulling.

My order came quickly. Lots of supplies for each project. I'm just starting this type of art and the instructions were easy to follow. I'm looking forward to doing more projects!

As an absolute beginner of Cloisonné art I cannot recommend the company high enough for their many products and their professionalism and informative customer support.
The craft is so much fun that I have become slightly addicted to it. I’m so glad I retired early so I could spend a few years doing this (as well as all my other hobbies!). 🥰

I appreciate that everything you need comes in the one box and the instructions are helpful. The shipping takes a bit but given that it's coming from overseas, it's prompt. I love ordering from Cloisonnekit because I know the product will be in great condition!

Bought the kit and extra items for my mum as she loves crafts and art. She was very excited when opening the gift. After ordering delivery was quite quick. Will order more for myself at a later dat.

When you begin it's not as easy as in the different videos you can see on YouTube but for the moment it works perfectly (i'm doing the wireing part, I didn't try the painting yet). The material seems of really good quality ! And I recieved everything I order which is already great 😂
