Arrived in a plain cardboard box instructions are small the equipment looks like it came from China, cheap.

Box is completely broken its supposed by a gift. How the hell could anyone receive such a awful gift

Great kits and high quality tools and materials. Loved this new craft.

Ordered two beginner kits to try a new activity with my mum (62). We both LOVED it. I worked on the Colourful Rooster kit (40cm) and she picked one of the peacocks.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the tools and materials. No need to worry if the glue, gold wire, or sand might run out before you finish your artwork: there's plenty of everything included.

I estimate I had a good 20 hours of fun working on this!

Side note: one of the sand colour bags belonging to my kit somehow got swapped before shipping. When I contacted Cloisonnekit Support about that, they replied very quickly and sent the sand colour that was missing right away. Very satisfied with the way they handled it.

I have certainly recommended them to all my creative friends!

The kits are good quality & have everything you need. Individual items are reasonably priced & good quality. Customer service is excellent.

Love the supplies I bought. I am addicted to cloisonnè and the quality and ease of use of the supplies was great. Packed in a lovely box. Nothing was damaged and I appreciate that so much. Best sand! No clumps. Thank you. Also, the glue is the best.

Loved the process and the outcome. It's beautiful when finished. The customer service also helped with questions and the instruction videos are very clear.

The customer service is great if you belong to the facebook group you get answers quickly. I was nervous about making them but once I got the hang of it i enjoyed doing it

The kit was tracked effectively and arrived promptly when it said it would. The kit was of exceptional quality and was packed carefully. No parts were missing and there was plenty of wire, sand and glue left over. All the tools are of high quality I cannot fault these kits. I will be buying from here again in the near future.

I have fallen in love with this art form. I love the kits. The materials are measured out and are very precise. The orders arrive promptly and usually contain a free gift. I will certainly continue to use this product. I can hardly wait to finish a project just so I can start a new one.

A great new craft! Purchased the coasters and the bookmarks sets, some additional sand --which wasn't necessary as the kits included more than enough to complete two lots of beautiful art work. But as this is a relaxing and very addictive craft I can see that running out very quickly. Well packaged, good explanations and diagrams. Very pleased indeed.

I have completed my second kit and really enjoyed it. My first kit was a drinks coaster, I thought I had better see how I could manage a smaller project first, but I managed the new craft ok.
I could post a picture of my peacocks work, but I don't know how to do it.

I didn’t buy one of the kit, just everything I needed to make my own coasters. The materials I received were all perfect for the craft and I was sent a lovely bookmark as a free gift which I worked on first to practice. I would definitely recommend this company and will be purchasing again from them.

Cloisonet kit and tool kit purchased together, all the components were of high quality. The instructions were clear and easy to follow enabling me to produce a beautiful piece of artwork. The item was packaged and delivered with care and I was kept informed of the delivery every step of the way.

Kit arrived intact and as advertised. I haven't started it yet so cannot provide full details on ease of use or quality of individual items.

Good delivery and the kit looks excellent quality and was well packed.

Love these kits! They have everything you need to get started, with plenty of detailed instructional videos online. They come out looking great. Doesn't seem like there is enough sand, but there is! You just have to remember to not fill it all the way up. Shipping does take a little more time than I am used to with other vendors, but they do supply you with tracking numbers so you can see the progress. Worth the wait, but just be aware you are not going to get it within a day or two. Would highly recommend buying these kits!
