Gorgeous kit- I’m loving this craft. I figured I’d buy a kit and see if I enjoyed it- I absolutely am! Thank you for having these available!

Beautiful kit, all items good quality, the tools I also ordered as an extra which was offered is very good and very useful.
Loved the finished product. Would definitely recommend.

All parts arrived packaged securely. It’s a really fun project though tedious. The sand consistency is difficult and doesn’t look as easy as in the videos. I have three and will keep trying until I get it right.

Kits really do have everything needed (although an extra pair of tweezers was helpful). Videos are very useful, and the Facebook community is helpful and supportive.

Overall, the finished product looked beautiful and it was easy enough for an artistically challenged beginner to complete. I had some issues with the quality and quantity of supplies which caused delays on my project due to shipping, however the contact team was helpful and shipped what I needed as soon as I contacted them. The Facebook group was helpful! I feel like there is an opportunity to develop better instructions/tips and tricks to include all of the lessons learned in case others cannot search the group.

The instructions weren't super clear, but I was able to figure it out although I did have to google some information. The scissors struggled to cut at the tip which is what was needed based on the instructions so I had to use some other scissors I own. I wish there was an option for hanging the final product on a wall.

There was an error on my invoice (on the delivery costs) and I was answered quickly and corrected the situation. I appreciated the fast and courteous service!

I admit to purchasing wire from Amazon because it would arrive quicker. BIG MISTAKE! Highest quality of wire for the price is directly through this company.

Received in good condition, fun to do with great results!

Everything needed to complete the art work was provided. Instructional videos to teach you the techniques were also very helpful. I have recommended this craft to many people.
