Ordered a pair because I saw a review in Instagram. Order Dec 14 thinking they would arrive for Christmas. Now January 11 and still not here. Delivery information Is on some website nobody has ever heard of. DO NOT ORDER from this company.
Atrocious company!
Atrocious company! Waited for clogs that were promised for Christmas. Nothing showed up. No communication. A complete scam!! Avoid this company at all costs!
Bait and Switch Company
It took 3 weeks for the shoes to arrive in a plastic bag. The material is not what the website states. They are basically plastic and cardboard and the footbed is not cushioned at all. They also run very small. When I asked for a refund, Maddy J. emailed me back that they could not take returns on sale items. The website states that there are free returns and refunds. The is a shady company and I wish that I never ordered from them. I have challenged the charge on my credit card. Tried to call the phone number on the credit card bill and it just gives you a busy signal. Do not trust them just because they are on FaceBook. The pictures on the website are not true depictions of what you will receive when you order.

Horrible Experience
This company is horrible. First, it all started with a delayed response on shipping once I placed the order. In fact, I had to email customer service after almost a week before I got notification my order had finally shipped. I ordered a pair of shoes for my son. He wears a 10.5 in EVERY shoe he owns. These shoes were a half size too small. When I requested a return, they stated they could not return sale items. Yes, it was in the fine print of their policy once I searched thru the website but perhaps, they should have noted their sizes ran small in U.S. sizes. The shoes were utterly useless. I will also note the shoes had a horrible chemical smell as well. There are plenty of good places to buy shoes and avoid this nightmare of customer service.

If I could them zero stars...I definitely would. I placed my initial order on 9/8/24 and was excited to receive a tracking number the verify next day which mind you has NEVER been picked up by USPS...it remains waiting in Illinois. I received a second foreign tracking number on the 19th of September which took until the 28th of September to arrive in the US...today is the 11th of October and I still DO NOT have the items I ordered nor do I have a valid tracking number or any clue when they might arrive...they have been traveling through the USPS system for two weeks...now I know the post office is not always the best but if this tracking number is in fact mine I shouldn't still be waiting for USPS to deliver it two weeks later. Maddy J is useless as she just responds occasionally with canned responses that include a tracking number that I already have that clearly is going nowhere...I have disputed with my card company and if you've ordered I suggest you do the same. It remains to be seem over a month later if I will ever the items they so quickly charged me for but I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
They basically steal your money
They basically steal your money. The advertisement it's made with BIRKENSTOCK pictures and others similars brand with high end quality. When I got my delivery I just realized the product quality is mainly cardboard.

One of the worst companies I’ve had to deal with. The customer service communication takes ~ 1 week to get a response. In addition, the company refused to share information on how long it will take to receive your package. I’m going on my 4th week and the package only has to travel ~300 miles from their original location. 0/10 would recommend and buyer beware.
