I bought a Moncler a couple of months back which was delayed in shipping. I decided to give them another chance and here I am wishing I didn't , Canada Goose tracksuit not even answering emails this time , Declan or Jamie. Stupid to give them another chance, full refund requested and I will out them as scammers until someone picks up the phone

Paid over £430 for a stone island shirt early February.

No communication re postage details / invoice.

No reply to repeated emails.

Phone numbers not recognised.

Blocked my messages on social media.
Absolutely disgusting , basically robbed/ scammed.

God knows how they're getting away with it.

Hello looks like I'm in same boat as most people on here ! I've paid £625 for a moncler overshirt and I've just been led down the garden path ! The customer service is shocking! I've spoke to a person called Declan 🤔 if that's his real name , he sent me a despatch email to try and satisfy me but no tracking number!!! So that tells me it's not been sent really!!! I'm in the process of getting InTouch with my bank to recover the money!!! I would definitely give these people a wide berth proper conmen ! It wouldn't surprise me if they get your order then get it shipped in from turkey to make a massive profit 🤔 people AVOID

7 months and no order or refund despite countless promises it will be sorted.
Jamie is an out & out liar, and im seeing on socials (before he deletes comments) there is plenty of us in the same position.
Still posting adverts everyday etc etc.
Seriously avoid him he is a cowboy & a thief.

Ordered a hoodie 450 never fit so sent it back and ordered another size which was another 450 still not received any msg or money back at this has been weeks now absolute joke

I bought a Burberry jacket from them which turned out to be a fake as proven by trading standards, Burberry themselves/brand protection and now I’m seeking a full refund! I have tried on multiple occasions to make contact to which they have ignored! I would certainly advise anyone to avoid!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting service ordered a tshirt over £200 sent back due to being to big they rec'd the return back at beginning of February but still.had no contact or refund messaged and emailed lots of times no response

Absolutely shocking scam scam scam!!! £335 for a Ralph Lauren tracksuit I also paid for express delivery/ next day. TWO WEEKS LATER!!!still no delivery no tracking number and multiple emails ignored. Unless you like people stealing your money stay well clear!! Also loads of other customers have been robbed by them!

My partner sent an item back nearly 2 weeks ago and still had no refund tried to email on numerous occasions and had no response

Shocking company scammers stay away from them, take ur payment then don’t deliver items , then ignore all emails and calls. Never got the item I ordered 😡😡

Received my order and sent it back due to wrong size.. was offered a credit note instead of refund but it NEVER worked

This was for £200!!!!

Contacted them over and over and not once have they tried to help or sort the issue!

This was October this happened and still no help!!!

Guys are top tier 👍🏻 ordered good few outfits over the last year always on time or if a problem or going to be late always giving me heads up.

Ordered a Hugo tracksuit FOR over £200 in December and paid next day/express shipping. Still not received. Emails all ignored. Refund not given even though I’ve asked a couple of times.

Avoid this company at all costs. I placed an order and item arrived a week late. Ordered a set worth £175 but the wrong top worth only £36 arrived. Tried emailing and have sent them a message through WhatsApp however they just ignore me.
