Great clinet service well done

I had my appointment scheduled for a set date time and at a proper physio practise but then received texts and an email to advise it changing to a premier inn hotel which didn’t seem right. When I called through to confirm the details of the appointment the lady Bethany I spoke to was really helpful confirmed the appointment and explained how they use meeting rooms at the hotels as well as proper practices. My interaction with ‘BM3‘ was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience this morning - the agent spoke clearly, sought permission to proceed with the call and dealt with me very efficiently.
