Cette clinique n'a pas détruit ma vie uniquement, mais tout ma vie
Je me suis présenté 3 mois avant mon mariage pour une mini greffe de cheveux, j'ai mentionné ça à toute l'équipe, on m'a rassuré qu'au bout de 6 mois J'aurais un bon résultat, on m'a dit que ça va être un docteur, je me retrouve à :1- payer plus que prévu malgré le devis officiel fourni, 2- me faire opérer par des praticiens, 3- et je me retrouve actuellement dans l'obligation de reporter mon marriage car c'était horrible ce qu'il ont fait, il ont détruit mes propres follicules, aucune densité. Jusqu'à aujourd'hui le consultant me dit il faut attendre 1 an, alors que mon médecin Français me dit qu'il faut perdre espoir !! Je me suis fait avoir, faites attention des cliniques Turques, aucun professionnalisme, aucun respect des normes sanitaires

Came from Romania for hair transplant and rhinoplasty both succes no pain, from the moment i was here the staff was responsive and everything was on point. Positive experience and i cant say one bad word, they are the best at what they do!! Emily is a professional and from the first interaction until my departure back to Romania she was available to answer any questions with a friendly but professional vibe that gives you confidence that the people at Grand Clinic are dedicated to their job.

ATENCIÓ!!!UNA AUTÈNTICA ESTAFA
Atenció⚠️ No vayáis a este sitio, es una auténtica ESTAFA!!! Es un clínica clandestina. Gente sin ningún tipo de escrúpulos. Me destrozado la vida. Me han dejado la cara desfigurada, y la nariz destrozada. La persona de contacto, una tal Rahma, lo mas sucio que te puedes encontrar, no tiene ningún tipo de escrúpulos, te engaña hasta el último minuto con tal de sacarte el dinero. Te ofrecen un servicio que no tiene nada que ver con lo que es realmente, creo venden algo que no existe, los médicos la maioria son becarios sin ningún tipo de experiencia.
Como te quede mal, no hacen responsables de nada, te dicen que sí a todo, pero la realidad es que todo es un engaño para sacarte el dinero.
Hoy día 01 de octubre 2025, Me han contestado diciendo que me han contado varias veces para ayudarme y ofrecerme otra operación. Es totalmente FALSO!!! ⚠️ ES MENTIRA, me dijeron que el médico de la nariz aceptó hacer una revisión pero tenía que pagar 1460 euros, y el médico de la cara no quiso hacerse responsable, y me ofrecieron otro cirujano pero pagando 4200 euros, así es como funcionan con mentiras. El día 23 de agosto estaba yo de vacaciones en un crucero que pasó por Estambul, cuando atracamos allí, bajé y corrí un taxi hasta la clínica a pedir explicaciones, cuando llegue allí, resulta que no podían hablar conmigo, ni los médicos ni la dirección vino una chica me pasó su teléfono para que hablara con uno, y lo que me decía, es que volviera al barco, repetia una y otra vez lo mismo, la chica me dijo que intentaría ayudarme, pero cuando volví a contactar con ellos otra vez, no me contestaban, me ignoraban totalmente, era un tal Azat, yo tenía que esperar de 3 a 4 semanas para que me contestara.

Desde el principio, tanto su asesor de ventas como nuestro equipo de postoperatorio han estado en contacto y le han ofrecido apoyo y seguimiento en varias ocasiones.
Sin embargo, usted ha rechazado repetidamente esta ayuda y, en algunos casos, se presentó en el hospital sin avisar a su coordinador ni al equipo de postoperatorio, lo que limitó nuestra capacidad de prepararnos y asistirle adecuadamente.
También queremos aclarar que ninguno de nuestros cirujanos es pasante.
Todos los procedimientos son realizados por cirujanos plenamente licenciados y con experiencia, y no empleamos médicos en formación para las operaciones.

I went to Istanbul thinking I was trusting a reputable clinic. I chose Grand Clinic for a hair transplant and abdominal liposuction, believing in the promise of professional and compassionate service. Unfortunately, it was a mistake.
From the moment I arrived, everything was rushed. No real consultation, no listening. The transplant was poorly performed: botched implantation, uneven hairline, uneven areas. As for the liposuction, I experienced a nightmare: severe pain, a deformed stomach, and almost non-existent post-operative follow-up.
Worse still: no consideration for my concerns. The staff seemed rushed, distant, and unprofessional. Once the money was collected, I felt like they no longer cared.
Today, I have to seek care elsewhere to make up for what I can. This experience cost me much more than money—it affected me deeply, both physically and psychologically.
I absolutely do not recommend Grand Clinic. If you care about your health and well-being, avoid this clinic.

⚠️ Advertencia a futuros pacientes ⚠️. Esta clínica es totalmente poco profesional y mal organizada. Te prometen comodidad, traductor, seguimiento y resultados, pero la realidad es muy diferente:
El hotel que ofrecen es incómodo, de mala calidad y en una zona poco recomendable.
Te hacen firmar documentos pero nunca te dan copias ni facturas. Todo es dinero en efectivo y sin respaldo.
Te muestran fotos bonitas para convencerte, pero en la cirugía hacen lo que ellos quieren, no lo que pides. El resultado final no corresponde a lo prometido.
El traductor desaparece y te dejan solo, sin poder comunicarte con los doctores en medio del dolor.
El personal es mal educado: cuando reclamas por tu salud te dicen que “dejes de quejarte”.
No hay seguimiento real después de las operaciones, simplemente se olvidan de ti. Yo invertí miles de euros, mi tiempo y mi salud, y lo único que recibí fue dolor, frustración y una experiencia horrible. No caigan en la misma trampa: esta clínica solo quiere tu dinero, no les importa tu bienestar.

Saç ekim için grand klinik görüştüm ve görüşme beni memnun etti.
1 ay sonra saç ekim günü testlerimizde sonra saç ekimim yapıldı.
Aradan 3 ay geçti.
Ve şuanda olumlu ilerliyor ve kökler çıkmaya başladı.
Burayı sürekli güncelleyeceğim.

I was at the clinic for face-lift and checkup I would say that there is a great deal of improvement in there services. Especially the consultant Rahma that lady is a polyglot and very professional and I would totally recommend and I think the Doctor's name was Dr. Murat.

Great and professional clinic.
The clinic very clean and professional. Stuff assuring my safety before anything else.
Regarding surgery results, I'm super happy after doing the temporal brow lift, lower blepharoplasty and rhinoplasty. Still under recovery but I can already see great results .
My constant Dave was always present fom the first communication through WhatsApp, and responsive to any question or doubt and programmed all my journey in Istanbul according to my needs.
