My overall experience- Rhinoplasty
My overall experience with Clineca Health was absolutely amazing, from the start I was in contact with Ipek (patient coordinator) she was able to provide me with all details and answer all of my questions and clear up any concerns in a timly and professional manner. With such a great transparency and trustworthy service I went on and booked my rhinoplasty with Dr. Hakan. I was assigned my postopp team with Ahu two weeks prior to my surgery date. Ahu stayed in constant communication and gave me clear and organized details regarding everything for my surgery, airport directions, hospital and hotel as well as post opp care. Ahu walked me through the whole process and in person as well. Ahu stayed by my side going in to surgrey and cast removle day. I truly got the feeling she loves what she does and is very caring. I did go alone so this mattered so much to me. I had my consultation the morning of my surgrey with Dr. Hakan. His professionalism and attention to detail just reassured me that I choose the right surgeon. I am two weeks post opp and I absoulutly love my rhinoplasty. Every step of the way went exactly as planned and organized. I would recommend Clinica and Dr. Haken as he is amazing and exceeded every expectation I had.

I’m 2 weeks post breast lift and implants and couldn’t be happier with the results so far! Communication before during and after has been incredible, you can always reach someone who will answer any questions you have.
My surgery was performed by dr Orkun and he was very patient and informative. My coordinator Melih went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and stress free. Highly recommend.

Worst experience
Had surgery on 21.january 2025. Dr.Engin Selamioglu is careless,he was late.consultation lasted ~15min. made my nose crooked,deviated septum,with deep,asymmetrical scars,around my nose,because stiching was done bad,they separeted and was bleeding for a days.I even did not chose this doctor.Clineca changed him,less than a day before surgery,when i already was in plane to Turkey.and even didn’t ask me if i am ok with it.when removed cast,my doctor and assistant wasn’t even there,said that he has surgery,but according his IG profile,he posted that he is on vacation with his family in Spain! LIAR!And i couldn’t ask any question about my concerns,because i already saw thay my nose is deviated! Now after 12months Followup,CLINECA ignores my emails,just claimed that my nose was crooked before.And not always doctors can fix this problem and revision surgery wont help! Check my 3D photos,my nose was just big without any issues,i just wanted it smaller. Now have to save money for revision surgery,and it definately won’t be at CLINECA!
Update 02.02.2026 on their feedback!
Doctor lies again! I have screen shots,that he was on that day in Spain! We never discussed nothing about my septum,because it wasnt deviated.

If you believe there is any point we may have overlooked, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We are sorry that your doctor was unable to be present with you on the day of your final check-up. This is not a situation we prefer for our patients. However, the information stating that your doctor was on vacation on that day is unfortunately not correct.
You are right that there is a deviation present in the result. This deviation also existed prior to the surgery, and your doctor explained during the pre-operative consultation that a 100% correction might not be possible.
A revision surgery may not provide a definitive solution to this condition. However, if you wish, we would be happy to arrange a video call with your doctor to discuss the matter in more detail.

Dr Engin Selamiouglu made my nose crooked,with deep,asymmetrical scars around nose,because stiching were done bad and stiches separated.Claims that i already had it before.Careless doctor.i even didn’t chose him.Clineca less than a day before changed it,and even didn’t ask me if its ok. Now Clineca ignores my emails,just said that they can not always fix deviated septum and revison surgery might not help!! BUT Your DOCTOR DID THIS!! I just wanted my nose smaller! Now have to save money for revision surgery,but definitely it wont be at CLINECA.

Vor einem Jahr habe ich bei Dr Hasan Alim
Vor einem Jahr habe ich bei Dr. Alim eine Bruststraffung mit Brustvergrößerung durchführen lassen. Das Ergebnis ist bis heute eine große Enttäuschung.
Gerade bei einem Schönheitschirurgen sollte man erwarten, dass Narbe und Naht bei einer Brustdeckungsstraffung sauber, fein und ästhetisch aussehen. Genau das ist hier nicht der Fall.
Die Narbe ist viel zu dick, auffällig und extrem unprofessionell genäht. Für einen ästhetischen Eingriff ist das kein akzeptabler Zustand.
Ich habe unzählige Male versucht, sowohl Dr. Alim selbst als auch den Manager zu kontaktieren, um wenigstens ein Entgegenkommen oder Kulanz zu erreichen. Ohne Erfolg. Nach einem Jahr wird jede Reklamation abgeblockt, man wird nicht ernst genommen und komplett alleine gelassen.
Besonders bitter: Vor der OP sah meine Brust besser aus als jetzt. Die Brustvergrößerung hätte ich mir sparen können. Rückblickend war dieser Eingriff reine Geldverschwendung. Das investierte Geld steht in keinem Verhältnis zum Ergebnis.
Bei einem so sensiblen und teuren Eingriff erwarte ich Professionalität, Verantwortung und eine saubere handwerkliche Arbeit – all das habe ich hier leider nicht erlebt.
Aus meiner persönlichen Erfahrung heraus kann ich Dr. Hasan Alim absolut nicht empfehlen.

Amazing service from start to finish
Amazing service from start to finish. I asked the surgeon for a natural Barbie nose and I’ve got exactly what I asked for. I had never noticed how deviated my nose was before, but it was so clear from the pictures just how much work has been put into it. I opted for the package deal and was put into the Hilton in one of the executive rooms which was absolutely beautiful, and breakfast was included which has something for everyone. Before your surgery you are in a private hospital room, which is also beautiful, and the surgeon and his team will come to speak to you and see how you’re feeling, and explain the entire process which was such a relief. Then after the surgery, you wake up in a private room again, and he comes to speak to you about your surgery and to see how you’re feeling. The hospital staff are very attentive too, checking on you throughout the night. Then on returning to the hotel there is a nurse who comes once a day to monitor your condition, and although they speak Turkish they use a voice translator so communication is simple and really effective. You are sent home with medication and very clear instructions on how to use everything. Overall the experience was first class, and I have already recommended this clinic to people. What an amazing experience! Thank you all so much 🩷

Amazing experience – highly recommended
I had a rhinoplasty at Clineca with Dr. Hakan Aktas and my experience was wonderful from start to finish. Everyone was extremely friendly and supportive. I was very nervous at first, but after the 3D simulation I felt completely calm.
I am only 2 weeks post-op, so there is still some swelling, but my nose already looks beautiful and very natural. The hotel and clinic were excellent and everything was very well organized.
I would highly recommend Clineca and Dr. Hakan Aktas.

Ich bin mit meiner Behandlung sehr zufrieden. Dr. Hakan ist ein äußerst kompetenter und einfühlsamer Arzt, der sich viel Zeit nimmt und alles genau erklärt. Ich habe bei ihm eine Nasenkorrektur sowie Cat Eyes machen lassen und bin mit dem Ergebnis mehr als glücklich – sehr natürlich und genau so, wie ich es mir gewünscht habe.
Ein großes Dankeschön auch an Ahu Karayel, die mich begleitet hat und perfekt Deutsch spricht. Sie war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat mir viel Sicherheit gegeben. Man fühlt sich wirklich gut aufgehoben und verstanden.

I had my rhinoplasty with Dr Engin Selamioğlu
I had my rhinoplasty with Dr. Engin Selamioğlu and overall I’m very happy with my experience and the result. The surgery was arranged through Clineca, and it was a full package, which made things much easier. I was picked up from the airport and had private transportation throughout my stay.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and communication was clear from the beginning, so I always knew what to expect. From the start, Freyzanur was the person I spoke with and she answered all of my questions clearly and patiently. Later on, Melike took over and was also very helpful and responsive, which made the whole process feel smooth and well organized.
Dr. Engin Selamioğlu is very skilled and professional, and I felt comfortable trusting him with the procedure. I’m really obsessed with my new nose and feel it suits my face very well.
The accommodation was at the Hilton, which was comfortable, and I appreciated being able to bring my boyfriend with me free of charge. I also liked that nurses came to the hotel to check on me and make sure everything was okay, which made me feel well looked after.
Overall, it was a well-organized experience with good care, and I would recommend Dr. Engin Selamioğlu and Clineca to anyone considering rhinoplasty.
