Excellent program for growing and scaling your community

C&C took our business from literally being 1 month from bankruptcy, to growing 250% and becoming profitable over the last 12 months.

I am currently wrapping up about my 9th week, and Clients & Community has not disappointed me. I have learned so much, the information has been priceless. I am extra proud of myself for all the work I have been able to complete and understand at a better level because of this program. I have an amazing coach with the brightest energy, I was matched divinely. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to join this program. I have also met other wonderful entrepreneurs. Last item before I forget, I have been attending the weekly calls with some real gems, the facilitators / coaches on the weekly calls have provided value-able insight.

We've done many coaching programs throughout the years. These guys are detail-oriented and are teaching step-by-step systems and strategies that are working to generate daily conversations with our perfect target market. Thank you!

I met with Robyn to help me figure out how to create a Business Account Manager and my ad situation on Facebook. She helped with everything that I needed, shared the recording with me and was very friendly.

I came into C&C with a program I loved, but I needed a clear strategy for marketing it. Within just a few months I contracted over 80k within my business and have a clear strategy for continued growth. It feels easy and exciting. I now have a plan. And the plan works!!! :) Thank you to the entire team for supporting the process!

My biggest win in the program has been to elevate my vision of what is possible. My product is *way* more complete after adding a training/coaching component. Also, now I have a group full of my ideal clients.

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to my coach Chase and the entire team over at Clients and Community! I joined this program after viewing their info over a year or so and am glad I did. I already had an established group however, I was completely stuck on a strategy to grow it and monetize it consistently.

Between the help of Chase and the curriculum as well. I was able to solve all of my immediate roadblocks and I thoroughly believe it will help me avoid some of the future ones I didn't even know about yet.

Before I started in the Clients and Community Prominence Program, I had started a FB group and struggled to get people into the group using organic methods. I knew this the way I wanted to build my group and was pumping content all by myself and trying all the methods you hear about in other organic programs.
When I saw the ad for their book, it interested me an I ordered it. When I read it in less than two days I knew it had all the missing parts I needed.
I joined Prominence within a few days. My Coach Brian was awesome as were the the other coaches I interacted with. They had a section where they talked about getting members into the group organically which I started doing.
Since the real focus was on paid ads to attract members, I was a bit apprehensive as I spent a lot of time in FB ad jail previously. But when I started using their methods I went from under 75 members to currently over 700 members in a short amount of time, rapidly feeding my pipeline!
All the coaches have been super helpful, from mindset to copywriting to FB ads. The support staff has been incredible as well. Brian, Samantha, Tim, Brady, Joe and Stephanie have been amazing!
I am looking forward to taking my business to $100K monthly with their Scale program. My confidence is through the roof and have moved from hardly any motion to daily getting many new members and having a full pipeline knowing they can help me accomplish my goals!

I'm conflicted about this review because I genuinely think highly of Landon, Chris and Jaden. I believe they are men of quality character and genuinely mean well and do some incredibly heart warming things for many people. However, my experience of their program, at $9,000, was definitely not worth that price tag. Not even close. I'd have paid no more than $3,000 for what I got had I known what I know now...

I started out at the beginning of 2023 with the Prominence Program after spending several months curious about the Clients & Community ads I was seeing on Facebook and even ordering their $5 book twice without realizing it during that time.

The first time I was on one of their sales calls with Brady (their top sales guy) in 2022, he was actually kind of rude to me, even though I'm pretty sure it was a sales tactic given this guy is VERY intentional about his sales calls. Fast forward to the beginning of 2023 and I was invited onto another call with him, no doubt because they were aware of the high statistical probability of my purchasing the program due to my purchasing 2 eBooks from them. Only this time Brady was super gentle with me and courted me the entire way through the call to close at $3,000 more than the rate they were charging during my first call. I figured no big deal. It is what it is. I genuinely want to see what these guys have to offer. Seems like a pretty solid model. Trustpilot reviews, fantastic testimonials, strong guarantee, very clear and concise eBook. Surely they got value to offer.

When I started their Prominence program, I was excited and being a man who does everything to throw himself fully into his commitments, I truly did everything I was capable of with regard to the guarantee requirements in the time I had available outside all the work I do in a given week that consumes most of my time. When I was on my sales call with Brady, he assured me that the program takes about 5 to 7 hours a week and that it's a model that I can make work with only a 3-month coaching offer, no super low entry product or service like a $.99 cent eBook or $50 intro course. And those two things sold me. I knew that I would not be able to make it work if I had to invest a day or more per week into this or build a new product/service. Those were just not options for me in my situation. And since Brady was confident (he's a very smooth salesman...super smooth), I figured I just need to apply myself. And apply myself I did.

And then it all started to unravel...

About halfway through the 90 days, I began to see very clearly that there was no chance in hell I would be able to get everything done in 5 to 7 hours. I think that this estimate was born from observing the operations of someone who has already successfully set everything up and just has to make sure it's all running as intended. So, I brought this up and was very pleased to find that my coach took this seriously and brought it to their team. And I was also pleased to hear that they'd made changes to how they sell the program...but now I was in a program I was sold on under false pretenses. So, I was stuck attempting to make it work despite the fact that it just didn't fit my situation.

What's more, I tried repeatedly to apply this model to a 3-month coaching offer and it honestly isn't designed for that, at least not for someone who is just starting out with building from their model. I think, for someone who already has an audience that has purchased many small products from you or you are simply already have a strong following, only having a 3-month coaching offer would probably work fine. However, anyone who knows anything about marketing (think Seth Godin, Russell Brunson or Dan Kennedy) will tell you that you have to build trust with people through free and low cost offers to lead to a larger, more warm audience that is primed for larger purchases. So, now I'd come to see that this program was definitely sold to me under false pretenses. But their team, naturally being focused on profits, isn't going to come to me and say, "Hey, we realize we unintentionally sold this program to you under false pretenses, would you like your money back?" What they're going to do is adjust to me the best they are able to help ensure I am satisfied with my experience because if I FEEL taken care of, I'm not going to be angry that I didn't get what I was sold on or ask for my money back.

The trouble with this is that if I'm bought into a program to make it help me succeed in the areas they specialize, making me feel heard and agreeing with me aren't really useful. Being given effective, clear guidance and feedback that leads me to results IS. But if I want that, I have to spend $30k+ for their SCALE program. But given most people in Prominence are not successful and a friend of mine in Prominence also felt frustrated by it, that's not a purchase I'm feeling confident.

I joined clients and community recently. I’m quite satisfied with the support I am receiving, especially from my accountability coach Melanie. I also love the culture of the group it’s very positive and motivating.

I've had the pleasure of meeting with Robyn in tech support several times now and she is awesome to work with. She's very patient and kind!

We had our first tech call with Robyn today and she was amazing. Her knowledge, patience, and giving us quite a bit of extra time was much appreciated!

I have had an amazing experience so far. I’ve invested in multiple programs to help me scale my 7-figure business to include a high ticket coaching program. This is by far the BEST value that has provided the BIGGEST return so far! And I’ve yet to launch the big thing - but now I have a highly motivated audience of 600+ people in my fb group, and they are chomping at the bit to buy. I’m training my team on the phone sales aspect now so I’m ready to roll in a few weeks. So far I’ve made 16k directly from the group and 30k indirectly, and it’s only been one month! The coaching has also been super helpful. It keeps me on track and accountable, and the trainings themselves have solved my major problems of “where do I find and nurture new leads for my big ticket program?” and “how to I run a fb group that is super-active, engaged, and strategic?” I knew I wanted a sort of “incubator” fb group when I launched this big ticket group coaching program, but I had no idea “what” to do with it or what steps to take. Now I have a super clear routine, processes that prepare and convert, encouragement, and the beginnings of massive success! I’m ready to dive into the second half of the training and stoked for how it will multiply my results! Proven frameworks and a singular focus - that’s what Prominence is for me. 😎

This program was a big waste of money! I did find one coach in the program that I purchased her program separately which was helpful but other than that this prominence program from Clients and Community was a huge WASTE of money. In fact the coach that I hired separately through Prominence even told me to get my money back from Clients and Community and that they should’ve never even sold his program to me because it didn’t even fit what I needed. They do not deliver what they say they’re going to deliver, and definitely not worth the price, they have some useful information but most of it is highly generic and also starting to become outdated and the content did not apply to my niche at all or business model even though they promised that it would before they closed the sale with me. Basically for the money I gave them they promised me that I would be getting steak and instead they just gave me useless crumbs that I couldn’t even do anything with. There are much better solutions out there than this program for your business. This was a total waste. What they teach is a one trick pony, and will not work for everyone if anyone at all - Of the 12 different members of this program that I spoke to none of them had monetized from the investment they made with Prominence. I’m also skeptical of the people saying they are making money with this program, as they could be friends or some kind of associate with Clients and Community. I know of quite a few other students who were very unhappy and felt that they got ripped off with the program, but most people are usually afraid to come forward and say anything or make a complaint as they may be worried about looking stupid in front of other people for putting this kind of money out for a useless marketing program.

I was about to run my facebook Ads when I came to a stuck point so I scheduled a call with Robyn, the Clients and Community Facebook Ads tech support. Not only did Robyn know quickly what the issue was to get my moving forward again, she spent generous time with me to show my SO many highly valuable little known features on facebook ads manager that are going to change everything for me. I had no idea this call was going to be one of the most interesting and helpful calls I have ever had for my business.

I went from feeling overwhelmed, avoidant and lost to feeling genuinely inspired and excited to dig in and learn more about Ads.
