I have 3 weeks in and so far a lot of new valuable information, I can't wait to start getting new clients after launching my group

First of all, let me begin by saying that I had NO IDEA what I was getting myself into when a trusted colleague told me about C&C. I was basically expecting a nicely-organized business course with some cool selfies attached. Boy, was I wrong … and I’m actually a guy who LOVES to find out that I’m WRONG! So far, I’ve been given a warm, supportive, nurturing opportunity to re-evaluate everything I’ve ever believed in, and I’ve only been in the program for several weeks so far. Not only is this a complete revamping of my approach to business, but it is a completely refreshing spin on life and how I treat myself. It’s intellectually challenging, mentally growthful, and spiritually inspiring. I have a team of energetic people who care about and love what they do on a daily basis behind me every step of the way. My own personal accountability coach, Paula, meets with me one-on-one anytime I need to and roots me on as I go through steps both easy and hard. It’s a relationship based on acceptance, compassion and empowerment. Kinda like a coach, therapist and big-sister all at the same time. She never ceases to surprise me with her wisdom and expertise. That being said—she’ll even coach me in a language I REALLY understand and am MOTIVATED by—Spanish! I am so grateful for this community. ¡Gracias C&C!

I am really sad to have to write this review... and feel stupid for not reading these reviews in advance.

I read and loved their book - and if all i did was focus on that i would have been okay.

I worked my butt off trying to keep up with the overwhelming data dump. It was mind numbing.

and after 90 days - yes i learned lots... and grew my group... and didn't get one new client

and i will have paid about $10,000 - i reached to customer service, there was zero empathy or accountability - it all my fault.

i can't tell you how disappointing that was. and now they are hiding behind the fine print of the contract.

I would read the book and stop there...

I am learning skills in each module that will generate income and grow my business.

Exceeded my expectations. I'm gladly going to pay for their next program now that my first one is wrapping up.

C&C has exceeded my expectations.
The coaches are so knowledgeable. All the modules are super powerful with great insights and valuable content.
The community is high energy, supportive and fun.

Summary: Before signing up for the program I asked if it was effective for my niche. I was told it was. But that wasn't the case.

Most likely because most people do not understand what my niche is. I do believe they thought the program would be effective for me. But, I was the wrong fit for the program and unfortunately, there are no refunds.

In fact, I saw a new ad or post, and the "guarantee" that I signed at the beginning of my program changed to the point where I no longer would be able to be enrolled in the program.

This proved that I was never a good fit for the program and they knew which clients had a better chance of succeeding.

So, they rightfully changed the guarantee mid-program but did not address the current clients who had a lower success rate.

My big critique of the program is that it is not niched down enough and because of this the Prominance program lacks effectiveness for newer less business-savvy coaches. In my opinion, It is not for all coaches.

If you are a coach that helps other people make money then PPP might be right for you.

But if you are in health or another niche then you will be better served by niche-specific business coaching, in my opinion.

I am making more progress with my niche-specific coaches in the few months I've been there than the 3-4 months of C&C's more general coaching. Even my ad is better on every level.

10k+ spent on C&C has delayed my dream of building a successful coaching practice.

In my practice, I give more help to clients who need it or give a partial refund if I take in the wrong client. This way I have "skin in the game."

It's an expensive lesson, especially with a baby on the way, but I've learned that I don't want to grow my coaching practice how C&C has.

The biggest downsides:

1. The coaching is group coaching using general advice that wasn't helpful for my niche of Integrative health coaching.

In fact, I contacted the 5 other people in the entire FB group who had a similar niche to me and they were all frustrated and did not get the results they were looking for. Ultimately they went in to be successful with other coaches in their specific niche.

Coaching lacked professionalism and expertise on my niche which made the "work with you until you make 30k guarantee" not useful and led me to invest again in a niche-specific coaching service.

The ad coach, who seemed burned out by having to coach so many people, gave unhelpful advice that was too general.

Hundreds of dollars were spent on ads and throughout the process, I kept asking for more help, nicely and politely but, the coaches stuck to the same generic advice.

If there was a coach who had more expertise I'd hope I would have received coaching from them but that didn't happen. In fact, my first coach quit or was fired a month or so in. I was told to wait for 2 weeks before asking for more coaching on my ad. In those 2 weeks my 1st coach left.

By General coaching, I mean to say that it's like getting help to write a sci-fi novel and being told to follow the hero's journey. While technically true it lacks enough specificity to be useful to the new novel writer in their niche.

There is also a fair amount of people struggling and frustrated in the private FB group. These people are largely blamed for their lack of success, instead of being offered additional help and resources.

This is an asymmetrical argument where all responsibility is on the client and all successes are on C&C.

I got the feeling that I was not a valued client. I was one of the many.

How they can improve:
1. Niche down to specific coaching niches. No coach can coach every coach in every niche who wants to make money through FB groups.
2. Offer additional help to those who need it. A rising tide lifts all boats or it isn't a rising tide.
3. To my knowledge they already are not letting inexperienced coaches who are not making consistent money in the program.
4. State that they are not a substitute for 1-on-1 business coaching

That's great for preventing future client stories like mine. Unfortunately, I'm still paying it off for the next 5 years. Waka waka.

I'm glad this program has helped others realize their dreams. Moving forward I hope others like me are referred to niche-specific business coaches with a proven track record instead of enrolled in a program that isn't a good fit.

In the end, our failures are our greatest teachers...

UPDATE: C&C reached out and tried to offer some added resources like expert coaches, a mastermind and free event ticket.

Ultimately, none of these were a good fit as we both agreed on the call that C&C did not have the expertise to coach me on my specific niche.

This conversation made me realize that C&C is not a substitution for a direct business coach and I believe that they should have been upfront about that.

It seems they have decided to keep my money although the service was of poor quality.

Be prepared to learn so much from all the team C&C. That works

I love the energy and skillset that each and every staff member of C&C brings when I consult with them. They are focused, helpful, resourceful. My accountability coach helps keep me on task and encourages my creative spark. Best dollars spent.

They go in fine details in every aspect of the business

These guys are the Kings of Facebook Group business growth strategies. Even though we aren't a coaching business per se, we providing coaching as part of our offer so really everything applies. They offer a lot more than just what you might think though. The level of detail and the breadth of knowledge provided is exceptional. Love the whole C&C team!

I have been blown away by the organization, customer service, and attention to detail not to mention the quality of the content. I was terrified to spend the money on this course and even more terrified to fail and the most basic principle I learned in the first module has truly changed my life and my mindset.

The training is excellent. The support is outstanding. 1:1, group calls, group and video training, accountability to keep you on task. Best course I’ve ever taken.

Clients and community is the best mentoring/coaching program that I have ever been apart of! Just to be clear I have gone to coaching programs many times in my 27 year career. I have reached the culmination of my journey with the program, and I say this with utmost positivity. The anticipation of the opportunities it unlocks fills me with excitement. While I don't consider myself a salesperson, the knowledge I've acquired was essential and necessitated guidance, which I found in Clients & Community. This experience has been thoroughly satisfying. My mentor, Paula, provided an empathetic yet focused approach, offering the necessary impetus to navigate concepts that initially seemed as cryptic as hieroglyphics. The insights I've gained are invaluable, and I am actively applying them.

It wasn't until the final week that the various principles truly began to resonate, likely because the tangible results of my efforts became apparent. The intensity of this program has been both challenging and rewarding, and I take immense pride in the work I've accomplished and the deeper understanding I've attained. My decision to embark on this journey has brought me great joy and satisfaction.

As the program concluded, I fully embraced the Replay Vault, experiencing numerous revelatory moments. My excitement for future endeavors is boundless, and I attribute this transformative journey to the support and resources provided by Clients & Community.

This community has helped me so much with the relaunch of my Facebook group! My coach, Paula, is amazing and is very clear in giving me the next steps in my journey. I'm the type of person who will do what it takes, but I need the checklist and she provides that. The live trainings are also so helpful and I love that I can use the program over and over so I can gain more understanding each time. Thank you so much for this program!
