Tuvimos una primera experiencia un tanto extraña ya que no me han reembolsado la cantidad total de la reserva, pero al hablar con el departamento de satisfacción al cliente, me han explicado sus razones de forma muy coherente y amable, y he entendido sus razones como entiendo que ellos han podido entender las mias y todo se ha solucionado.

Por la cercanía que han mostrado y la forma de tratar al cliente, voy a tener una segunda oportunidad con ellos, ya que muchas veces el cliente necesita ser escuchado y que se entienda su problema, y en este caso Alex me ha atendido muy bien y cuando haga otra reserva, voy a tener en cuenta si la puedo hacer con click trip.

I was unsure about booking with this company as I had not heared about them before. I'm glad I did.

I had a non refundable, non changable hotel booked in Fiskardo, Kefalonia, Greece. Due to bad weather my ferry to the island was cancelled and the agents managed to change the booking to a later date at no cost.

Made a reservation and got an email confirming the reservation. Had to change plans and could only cancel via email request. Was worried about the response but heard back within 24 hours. Very reliable and confidedent in the service

we accidentally booked the hotel for the wrong date and even though the booking was under non-refundable terms, they helped us get a refund. this shows how much their customer service actually cares and to me that's what matters the most.

Clicktrip put my mind at ease when my reservation was not showing up at our hotel. I sent an email to Clicktrip, they contacted their vendor and informed me that I would have no issues at the hotel. During the week of my stay, I received an email from Clicktrip to inform me that my reservation was confirmed. Thank you!

I am trying to book a room. I found about this from trivago. I tried to book 5 times and as soon as I write the my data it says that the hotel fairs are lowered and to click to benefit. When I inset the data again it's telling me it's not available anymore. When I insert the data it's writing about the lowered rates.
I am confused and I am starting to get worried
