Why can’t we click zero stars?? The experience with ClickTap was one of the worst I have ever had in my professional life. I feel that the original deadlines were not met, in fact were passed over by many months. When the app finally launched, we felt that it was not in working order at all. It could be downloaded but users were unable to log on. At all. Videos and audio were not working-in fact, 90 days later they are still not working properly. We spent countless dollars and many weeks of marketing (even in person at huge industry events), with 0-2 users joining the app each week because something on the back end was so broken. OTP did not ever work properly. We feel that the developers were mostly unable to fix even simple bugs. We have this proof in black and white on a spreadsheet of unresolved issues. The same issues cropped up over and over or were never fixed to begin with. If you want a working app in a timely manner, go elsewhere. We have pulled our app from ClickTap and are having a company in the USA host it, do maintenance and fix all the brokenness for us so we can move forward. We feel that we made a huge mistake choosing ClickTap.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Sophie Parker for the outstanding job she has done as the project manager for the development of my mobile application at ClickTap Solutions.

Throughout the project, Sophie has been professional, responsive, organized, and incredibly helpful in guiding the development process. She consistently communicated updates clearly, addressed questions promptly, and ensured that every stage of the project stayed on track.

What stood out most was her attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and dedication to making sure the vision for my app was understood and executed properly. Her ability to coordinate the development team while maintaining excellent communication is making the entire experience much smoother and more efficient.

I truly appreciate Sophie’s hard work, leadership, and commitment to delivering a quality product. It has been a pleasure working with her, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable and knowledgeable project manager for mobile app development.

I had a great experience working with David creating and revising a development proposal for an application that would be the cornerstone of my business model. He was an amazing partner and truly understood the concepts and unique attributes I was looking to implement. He was able to expand upon the core idea and really brought my ideas to life! I would absolutely work with them again!
