I've been using this product for a couple of months and since starting have not needed a cigarette. I feel healthier, cleaner and a lot richer!! The customer service is brilliant and whenever there is a problem I can contact them and get an almost immediate reply and resolution. I recommend Clearsmoke to anyone who wishes to give up conventional smoking because it really works.

I am sorry this is not acceptable if you do a test run as though you’re going to purchase the item it makes no reference to the £59.95
If there isn't a law against it there should be-do you know of one? I'm thinking along the lines of complaining to Trading Standards as they will know the law.
When you click on the link (please see below) as I find it really sneaky,if not underhand, that I wasn't aware of the £59.99 charge until I telephoned them (after having the product over the 15 day trial) and they made reference to the terms and conditions on their web site and this was when I was made aware of it for the very first time.
So effectively I been stung to the tune of £59.99 x 2 due to them not making reference at any time to the T&Cs and believing that a "Trial" wasn't as really as described.

Best value and great consumer service
Very satisfying, really help me to stop smoking.
I started with the menthol ones and for two weeks now am trying no nicotine. Costumer service is great as well!

MAGIC!
Does exactly what is says on the tin!!
I have tried other electronic cigs but CLEARSMOKE definitely is the best!
AND now that the refill is new, it lasts so much longer and tastes miles better! I've been recommending them to all my pals!
The team are always there to help out and sort any issues like faulty items.
Try them you will be surprised!!

GREAT TEAM, GREAT PRODUCT
A fantastic product with a great team. I had received a faulty battery, as you can sometime do, and the team arranged for a replacement, free of charge of course, and i received it promptly. Nice to know they are there for you.

SCAM !!
After receiving a free trial of e cigarette package, this company has now taken £59.95 from my bank account ! I have just emailed a complaint to them so shall keep you posted on the outcome.
