Do not go anywhere near this company!

I believed I was making a one-time purchase, but hidden in the small print (which is not made clear at all) is a clause stating that £49 will be deducted unless you cancel within 24 hours. At no point was it clearly explained that I was signing up for a trial subscription.

I contacted the company immediately after the £49 was taken and was promised a refund. Now, 28 days later, there is still no refund. They claim it was sent 20 days ago, despite me providing bank statements clearly showing that no refund has been received. Their response was simply to tell me to contact my bank.

This is extremely misleading and unprofessional behaviour. I strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs.

Like everyone else I paid little amount of money for photo edit on 20th Nov then yesterday 20th Dec a payment was taken for £29.94 from Google wallet checked my wallet no subscription checked the website it says I have no subscription emailed the company they just keep telling me how to cancel the subscription yet it's saying I don't have a subscription I've contacted my bank and blocked any further payments being taken but I don't if I'll receive a refund please read terms and conditions as someone said it does mention a subscription in them but as I said it's saying I don't even have a subscription and money still was taken. AVOID

Complete fraud scam company. I looked carefully when submitting the 0.02$ payment to correct one photo to ensure there was no
Box I was clicking for future payment or any information subjecting me to a subscription. None of this was shared and the next day I got a $50 membership charge. Ridiculous. Calling legal and my credit card company and reporting this company

Habe wegen der Bearbeitung eines Bildes 0.50 Euro gezahlt. Auch nur dem zugestimmt! Plötzlich werden am nächsten Tag 50 Euro abgebucht von PayPal. Direkt Streitfall eröffnet und Geld zurück gebucht.

Ich habe zugestimmt für das bezahlen eines Bildes zwei Cent zu bezahlen. Habe aber ein Abo für 50 € bekommen pro Monat. Der Kundenservice antwortet zwar schnell es waren aber nicht ersichtliche Kosten

They charge 50 euros instead of 50 cents. Beware.

I signed up to this website for the first time on 13 November at 20:47 and paid £0.02 for a free 24-hour trial. I was unsatisfied with the service and cancelled the subscription during the trial period.
Despite cancelling, I was charged £49.90 on 14 November at 10:17, less than 24 hours later. The company’s own Terms & Conditions state:
“If you do not cancel your trial at least 24 hours before it ends, your account will automatically be converted to a paid subscription.”
This is impossible to comply with for a 24-hour trial, because you would have to cancel before the trial even begins. That makes the charge unfair by design and confirms the scam pattern.
I attempted to contact the seller but only received automated replies offering an instant 50% refund, unless I wait at least 30 days. Luckily I paid with PayPal, I reported the fraud to them and got refunded through resolution centre.

Scam warning ‼️ They showed they charged $0.5 USD. I thought it’s $0.5 USD/per picture. Then they refunded $0.5 USD and charged $49.9 USD next day. Such a shame!!! So sneaky!!!!

Escroquerie en ligne. Vous êtes sensé payer juste 0,02 € pour la retouche d'une photo par IA. Automatiquement un paiement récurrent de 49,90 € est mis en place à votre insu, avec 1ère échéance dès le lendemain.

Scam! Just as the stories below. First they charge little amount of money and next day 50 euro’s. They send pre generated e-mails. I am trying to get a refund, but i don’t think i will get it. So: do not use this website !!!

Update:
After a few e-mails I did get a FULL refund ! So i would recommend to keep sending e-mails and say that you want to have the full refund.

Got scammed as well. Paying $0.02 for the job and they conveniently charged me $69 afterwards that I never agreed to.

Scam - avoid.

As the other reviews state, 50p was paid to use the service for one photo. 24 hours later they took £49.90 as a subscription charge. No mention of it when I paid the 50p.

The same thing as me it was a scam. I tried the product for the .50 cents USD and now I see 49.90 charge on my bank account. SCAMMERS !@#$% Stay away from them. I normally search for reviews first. This time I didn't !!

It's a scam. They conveniently omitted the fact that there's an automatic subscription after the initial payment ( which seems like a one off payment but in actual fact it's a trial).
24 hours after, you get debited for a subscription you didn't even know of.

It does the job fairly well BUT ITS A SHADY COMPANY, hiding the fine details and scamming people !
