I have been dealing with serious issues with Clear Creek Legal since May 2023. During this time, one credit card account was placed into litigation, one separate account was sent to collections, three other accounts remained unresolved, and only one account was settled.

I did not want the service stopped. I wanted Clear Creek Legal to fix my credit card accounts as promised. Instead, little to no work was done. I personally showed up to court for one credit card matter, and Clear Creek Legal did not appear on my behalf.

My account is not closed. The platform still shows that I owe money, yet my credit card problems were not resolved and services were not delivered. I continued to be billed without results. Clear Creek told me to terminate my account even though I did not request termination.

Communication was poor, expectations were not met, and the service did not match what was promised. This has been an EXTREME experience, and I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

I wish I could give a negative star. I signed on in June 2023. Began making payments in July 23. Then in Dec I was contacted that I could take out a loan for the amount of my debt and the loan company would pay Clear creek and this would expedite my settlements. So I did my loan payment was the same amount as clear creek and then I began making payments to Versa Lending. No settlements have occurred and I stopped paying verse lending - they can go to clear creek for the rest of their money! Biggest SCAM I’ve ever seen!!!

we started with Clearcreek over 2 years ago. We have to creditors, they made a deal with one and began to pay them a year ago. They've been taking 367.00 every month since april 2022. They pay 15.00 to creditors and keep the rest. Will be ENDING our contract with the them this week.

I signed up with Clear Creek Legal to negotiate payments on only 2 debtors in Aug of 2023. Here we are a year later and they have taken over $4k in payments to use to settle my debts and instead no settlement has taken place and one of them are no filing a civil suit against me. Please save your money and headaches by not using this company to settle your debts. The worse part is that of the $4k they only want to return $2k saying the rest was used for administrative fees. The only fees they have used to that to take my money every month. I wouldn't even rate them 1 star but that was my only option

Spoke with Clear Creek Legal with hopes of getting some type of financial relief. Reached out multiple times to Clear Creek since May 2023 this time frame they claimed to be POA and take over negotiations with my creditors and come to some type of settlement. Instead I have received no financial relief. They have given zero update about my account. I have received multiple letters from my creditors about my account that I believe Clear Creek Legal was supposed to be handling. Since May2023-July 2024 they have taken $330 out of my account each month and I have received no help. I have stopped payments to this company.Been sued from my creditors now I’m dealing with exactly what I wanted to avoid. My lawyer Chelsea Cahill stop taking my calls only spoken twice to her en almost 2 years I went and cancel I paid almost 6,000$ which they will give me back less ten 3,000 .

I HAD THEM FOR A YEAR, ALL MY ACCOUNTS WENT TO COLLECTION, THEY NEVER DID A PAYMENT I SENT ALL THE OFFER TO SETTLE PAYMENT WOTH THE BANKS AND NEVER EVEN REPLY OR HELP ME THRU THE PHONE.

Clear Creek Legal did not attempt to settle any of my debt. I paid over $1200 and when I decided to cancel, I received a refund of $424. This company is very incompetent and I would not recommend them to anyone!

BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!!!!! This company reached out to me offering help settling all my debts. At the time, I was not in the right state of mind to handle my financial matters as I was overwhelmed with personal issues. I was excited to hear a lawyer is interested in helping me. They were very responsive in the beginning, calling me and helping me with the onboarding process, explaining in detail of what will happen. I thought I was making the right choice. Once a payment plan has been set up, I NEVER heard back from them again. This was the first red flag. It's been 9 very long months and my debt is in litigation, I am in the brink of being sued. I found out that no one has contacted the debt agencies or negotiated anything with them. I have reached out to this company and have not heard back at all. I left voicemails to my "lawyer" and receive no response back, yet money still keeps being taken out of my account to Global Holdings every single month. I don't understand how a company doesn't respond to their clients or avoids their calls but easily takes their money. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I'd also like to mention I received a court document that this company is in the process of being sued themselves, it was in my spam mail so I didn't find out till much later!!! I do not know what to do now. I may need to find a lawyer for these "lawyers" if I ever want to see my money again.... Do yourself a favor and call each debt agency yourself, explain the situation and don't hold back, I have received so much help in this matter and ended up with better settlement than this sham of a place could offer... Do not be afraid, these agencies are much nicer than they were before Covid. If anyone is interested in pooling together to sue, please let me know. I was informed this morning about this company doing this to many people and has done it in the past, they just change their practice name. I am so distraught over this. I hope everyone that has been scammed finds peace.

Folks, steer clear of this place! They take the agreed money each month then stop responding to phone calls or emails. THEY ARE A RIP OFF FOLKS.

My son has been paying Clear Creek Legal for over a year and nothing has been done about his credit card debt. He is currently being sued by a creditor for over $14000.00. Can not get ahold of anyone on the phone or web sight. The lawyer that they say repesents them does not seen to exist.

I was with this corrupt law firm for a year. They did NOTHING BUT STEAL MY MONEY AND PUT ME FARTHER BEHIND. THEY ARE VILE LIARS AND I HOPE THEY GET SUED FOR ALL THE MONEY THEY HAVE

I was told when I enrolled with Clear Creek debt reduction program all I would pay would be a flat $1200. After eight months I have paid in $5189.92 and they did not negotiate with any of my creditors, did not do anything for me but when I called today to cancel my participation, I was told that all that I will receive back is $2008. The rest they claim went to fees which they claim was spelled out in the contract. They have a recorded call in which I was told I would only pay $1200 and not a penny more. This is just a rip off please do not enroll in this program. You will be sorry.

SCAM!!!!!! My Mom who is on a fixed income has been giving them almost 700 a month. They have taken almost 6000 when she looks at the money that they sent to the holding firm she is missing 2000. She just to cancel and wants her money back. Since nobody is answering her calls or emails how can she get her money back? Has anyone had any luck getting their money back? Please advise!

Do not sign up with this company period they will take a lot of money up front from you in their service fees and have no communication with any of your debtors; Then they will disregard your request to discontinue with their firm and continue to take money out of your account despite your request to cancel with their program.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! They don't even deserve the 1 star that I rated them at but I had to pick at least that. They completely took advantage of my mother and charged her over $9,700 in fees to consolidate $24k of debt. She is an elderly individual and she trusted them foolishly. Please don't make the same mistake she did.

After waiting for literally hours on hold day after day I cannot get this firm to answer calls. No return phone calls. All I ever get is emails stating they received my message and/or documents. The attorney assigned to me has a phone that hangs up when i try calling. They have no problem taking my money month after month. I have litigation coming soon and NOTHING FROM THEM. i AM STILL ON HOLD AS i WRITE THIS REVIEW

They said you can opt out anytime you get a refund, I opted out and went with another, much better company. They told I'll get my refund within 30 days, it's been over 90 days. They won't answer the phone or respond to emails. You go with them, you're screwed!

DO Not Use This Company. I enrolled July 2023 made to feel that I made a right decision to use them. They have taken $295.00 a month to put into a Global Holding account that was to be used towards settlement with 4 debts I wanted help on to help me clear off debt.
Never heard anything from the from month to month while I was told to not pay or talk to the companies who I have debt with. The calls, emails and warning of sending debt to a lawyer for collecting kept coming. I tried more times than I can remember to reach Clear Creek regarding these matters and never could get through. I finally was able to look at my Global Holding balance March 26, 2024 and the only money taken out was several fees for using Clear Creek and all that was there was $283.00. I finally made contact with Clear Creek and I asked for proof of retainers being sent to each company. The rep I spoke with said she cannot see this type of information. Than said that all lawyers fees and such amounting to $7000.00 must be paid first. Then they would proceed forward. This is not what I was told. If I knew this path and cost I would not have signed up with this company. They said you can leave the program anytime and so I chose to leave March 26. She said I should have my money refunded in 3 business days. I asked what if I do not receive my money? She said it’s not Clear Creeks responsibility and I would have to call Global Holdings. Today is March 29, 2024…the money is still actively in the Global Holding account. I have not received any notification of canceling the program nor any communication from Global Holdings.
