Clear Bank, it is time to own up and take accountability for your part in allowing scammers to scam others, no money back from yourselves, my bank has investigated the fraud, and has evidence to suggest a fraud has been committed, but yet you still refuse to refund innocent people, I think its time to close this bank down.
