Anyone who stole your identity such as ss#, address, DOB, Etc. can pull your Clarity credit report online.

The astonishing thing is, Clarity shows your full banking account numbers/routing numbers. Bank address and phone number. Yes, full account numbers.

I submitted a complaint with the BBB regarding this and these jokers didn’t even respond to the complaint. Guess if they can’t respond to the situation, state attorney general, will be next. Hope they get investigated.

No extra layer of security questions like legit credit bureaus ask.

I sent in a dispute on November 1 and I called them the beginning of December and they said they were still working on it. I then called the first part of January and the lady admitted that they had the dispute and it was past 30 days. She said a supervisor would call me, five days later I called in and a supervisor still hadn’t called. They put in a case request for a supervisor to call again, and after three days they still had not called. The only mail I got from them was a letter stating they had got my CFPB complaint. It has now been over two weeks without a supervisor call. I believe they are lying about the dispute because they I’ve been told three different things.
