I genuinely thought I was buying scrubs, not breathable medical lingerie.

The description advertised 4-way stretch. What arrived has approximately zero-way stretch. Bending, squatting, reaching, or performing any of the normal movements required while working in healthcare apparently requires more optimism than the fabric can provide.

Then there’s the transparency.

Remember when Lululemon had that whole scandal because people discovered their yoga pants were see-through when they bent over? These scrubs have boldly eliminated the need to bend over first. You can see through them while just standing there, minding your business, trying to take care of patients.

The length was also off by more than the variance stated in the product description, so I contacted Clara Scrubs for a refund.

Their explanation was honestly my favorite part:

They told me the fabric is intentionally very thin for “breathability” and that, because it is thin, “light-colored clothes cannot avoid being transparent.”

Oh.

So you know they're see-through.

That would have been excellent information to include somewhere around the “Add to Cart” button.

They also explained that no cotton is added so the scrubs can withstand repeated washing and disinfection. Fantastic. Apparently these pants may survive a thousand wash cycles, which is reassuring because I certainly will not be wearing them for any of them.

Healthcare workers bend, squat, lift, reach, kneel, and move constantly. Calling fabric “4-way stretch” when it barely stretches and selling workwear that visibly shows what is underneath it isn't a minor preference issue. Those are pretty fundamental problems for scrubs.

If you're looking for scrubs that are stretchy, opaque, and appropriately sized according to the measurements advertised, I would keep looking.

If you've ever wanted to explain your choice of underwear to an entire nursing unit, though, Clara Scrubs may have exactly what you're looking for.

total ripoff! size is wrong; slow service; excuses; jumpsuits have very short zippers; can't actually step into jumpsuit!! unwearable!! NEVER buy from this awful people
I reported this FRAUD to BBB and Texas Attorney General; you should too; let's put these scumbags out if business!
Attorney General will pay special attention because I'm over 65 and military spouse.

⚠️ Very disappointed with my experience and, above all, with the customer service.

I purchased and paid for TWO sets, trusting the photos and videos used to advertise the product. However, I received a defective item, and my order did not match what I actually paid for.

What is most disappointing is that I contacted the seller directly by email to give them the opportunity to resolve the issue, and to this day, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE.

I did not want to leave a negative review because I believe the seller should first be given the opportunity to resolve any issue directly. But when a customer pays for two sets, receives a defective item, and the seller does not even respond to the complaint, it is very difficult to be satisfied with the experience.

I hope the seller will finally take responsibility, respond to my email, and send me the two complete sets that I paid for.

To me, the quality of a product is also reflected in how a company handles problems when they arise. In this case, unfortunately, the lack of response has been the most disappointing part of the entire experience.

Muy mal service para refund. Yo hice una compra con escritura y come no les acepte que lo hicieran a todo lo largo me dijeron Que. ya estaba completado el bordado y que no había vuelta atras . Como yo no están de acuerdo porque varias veces les había puesto como los Queria, me dijeron que ya no estaba disposable lo cual era mentira porque entre à la pagina estaba todas las tallas disponibles y me dijeron que harian el reembolso . Hace más de 3 meses en esta historia y el dinero no ha entrado a mi cuenta la order aparece activa en la pagina . Y la respuesta es que ya esta procesado y demas .

The scrubs are like cheap Halloween costume material! Very overpriced! On their website, they only post five star reviews. They should be a -5!!! their returns policy is garbage they offer you 20% and you can keep their crappy scrubs! I want my money back. I don’t want your junk scrubs! Then they offer you 30% then 40% and that’s all they’ll offer. Meanwhile, you can keep these highly flammable cheap Halloween scrubs that you cannot do anything with you can’t even burn them because they’re super toxic to the environment! What a scam! Do not buy from this company unless you wanna get scammed out of your hard earned money!

You cannot return after purchase without going back and forth about "you would have to pay international tariffs and there is no guarantee we would receive your package. It's very likely that we wouldn't receive and wouldn't be able to issue a refund." This is all after I waited over a month for the scrubs to come in.

I ordered 2 tops from this company. I used the size chart with measurements on their website to pick my size, as I do with every website I order scrubs from. I was never given a order confirmation, or shipping notification email. I honestly just assumed I got scammed. Then the items just showed up in a white package several weeks later with no receipt and no information at all. Just 2 floating around in a white package and the shipping label was very vague, pretty much just listed that the address it was coming from was in China. The tops ended up being 2 sizes too small, very thin, see through and the images printed on them were blurry. They were horrible. I immediately emailed requested a refund and they replied with the best they could offer me was an exchange on one of the tops but i would have to pay $16 for shipping on the new top. And they kept stating I did not need to return the other tops, like they were doing me a favor. I had already paid for them and I could not wear them because they were too small. I paid $25 for each top plus shipping. Essentially they asked me to pay a total of $76 for 1 top that I would be able to wear. I politely declined. For your own good, do not order from this company. It is a scam.

The products feel very cheap and poorly made, and the print does not match what is shown on the website. The actual print is significantly larger, distorted, and does not align properly between the top and bottom of the products.

The return process is also extremely difficult and frustrating. I spent an entire week emailing back and forth with the company, only to be offered a partial refund if I keep the products. The only option for a full refund requires me to pay for international return shipping and customs fees. They also leave me responsible if the package is not accepted or is held by customs.

Overall, the products were not as advertised, and the return process has been unnecessarily difficult and costly. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Would not recommend. The quality is very cheap for the price. Nothing like what’s pictured.

I ordered the leopard scrubs and the fit was very baggy not fitted like pictured. The string was white not brown like the picture. White does not go with brown leopard AT ALL. They look like pajamas.

Also, the fit for the jumpsuit is waaaay off. I bought an XS just like the scrub top and pant (my usual size with multiple scrub companies) the bottom fit like a medium and top fit like an xxs.

I requested a refund and was offered another size and to cover shipping. HARD PASS from now on.

Completely a waste of time and money, they will scam you at any chance they get. Sizes are all different even ordering two mediums they are completely different. You can only get them to reply by threatening them and then they try but that fell short too! Save yourself the time, money and aggravations of dealing with theses people and company.

The worst customer service! There’s a problem with the scrubs and they’re not honouring their return policy when it’s clearly their fault… there’s a hole in the sawing! Sooooo mad cause it’s not cheap but it’s looks cheap!

Don't buy the jumpsuits; the quality is terrible and the return service is even worse—save yourself the hassle. I’ve been trying to return the product for over a month, and the address they just gave me doesn't even show up on Google Maps. On top of that, they keep insisting I keep a product I won't use because the quality is poor, and they’re only offering a 40% refund—which doesn't even cover the cost of one of the two jumpsuits I bought. I repeat: stay away, this is totally a scam. Save your money. I wish I could read this reviews before buying anything.

if I can give them a 0 I will. after 2 months of waiting for the scrubs I got the wrong ones and they don't even offer a full refund. they wanted me to stay with those cheap scrubs and only offered me 35% of the refund. complete scam. please don't buy from them.

Absolute scam! Thought these would be super cute for my dog grooming. Ordered 2 sets that I loved but were slightly too small. Emailed asking to either return or exchange. They told me I couldn’t exchange without sending them pictures of me wearing the items that were too small?!! I replied and said I’d just like a refund and they have now gone over a week without responding. I will not be returning as I don’t think I’ll get my refund so would rather keep the items than risk losing both. Would not recommend at all as although the clothing is nice quality you cannot trust them

I wish I had read these reviews before buying in this website. The delivery time is long. I have to return a scrubs that are too tight, I just need a return label. many emails sent with no answer.
The scrubs look very attractive but the process and costumer service need improvement. I think I will stick to uniform advantage for my purchases

I have ordered from this site twice. The first time, it took a while to receive my order, but once I did, I was satisfied. I tried to order another 3 sets, and 2 of them are too big. Per the returns and exchanges policy, there is a 14-day window. I have been emailing for over a week now. So far, no one has answered any of my emails. They do not have a phone number listed. I will not be doing further business and have advised other nurses to steer clear of the site. Someone reached out via FB claiming to be a rep for the company but has since gone silent.

I really regret not reading the reviews before buying. Their service is terrible!!! Quality of the scrubs are cheap feels like SHEIN clothing. They sent me a wrong size shirt that is twice the size of what I actually ordered. So I contacted their “support email”. They responded by gaslighting me and saying the label on the shirt was wrong but that the shirt size is what I had ordered which was not true and stated they would send me two different sized shirts but I would have to pay for the shipping cost. Even though they sent me the wrong size to begin with. I replied with proof of the wrong sizing. They didn’t respond back so I resent another email asking for a complete refund. It took 1 week for them to respond back just to tell me that they will refund me 20% of my refund. Please, never shop here, I have warned all my coworkers that work in healthcare to stay away!

Please do not order from these people! They are from China and their material is very poor! I ordered scrub top and bottom and small but they didn’t not fit me! The top is smaller than small and bottom are bigger then small! The material is shiny and cheap! They would not give me a refund even though I sent items back and had a receipt to confirm the return! Still wouldn’t give me a refund! Do not waste your money from buying from them! No good! Now I’m out of $65 for scrubs and $20 for sending it back! He’s stealing from his buyers!

Shipping from China to the USA didn't take too long. I think I spent too much, but I do like the designs. The fabric is thin, but the style is cute and as pictured. My only problem is that email is the only form of communication for this organization. There is no number to call or address for the organization. I had to email the organization several times to confirm my order.
