Great Discovery
I've been buying my staple bras from Clara Olivia for years and they have only got better and better with time. The website is very easy to get around and the variety of brands is always expanding.
I recently ordered something that got lost in the post and they had no qualms sending me a replacement.
Great service, great value!

Good product - slow delivery times
I knew the product, and was happy to buy on line, especially at a discount price. However, the item was delivered in the time given, but a week is long for a small item that could have been posted via Royal Mail

Thank you for the feedback Anne - we do always use Royal Mail, but recently some items went out 2nd class that should have been sent first class, so this may have slowed things down.

My fault the bra to big but Andrew couldn't have been more helpful,he sent me a returns label,and ordered me another size.
So have returned the larger one and awaiting the next one.

Didn't Receive My Order
Ordered two sports bras for when I start the gym. Started the gym now and it's been two weeks since they dispatched the items that I ordered. Not received.
No tracking number provided to chase royal mail and I have no clue about getting my money back
I've shopped here before and never been so disappointed
