Excellent customer service.
Unfortunately, I was informed by email that the sash I had ordered was not going to be available in time for a an event. On expressing my disappointment, I immediately received an email offering me some alternatives in stock. One was perfect and the company sent it out to me for next day delivery meaning that I had it in time for the event. This meant a lot to me as I wanted to wear the item in memory of my late husband at a Burns night celebration ! Thank you to everyone at Clan for making this possible.

Great company to do business with. Very responsive and helpful when communicating with them. They made several items for me including a balmoral kilt using a tartan I designed. I was very pleased with everything they made especially the kilt. The tartan exceeded my expectations, the color matching was perfect.

I’ll certainly do more business with them.

I ordered the sash for Burn's night, and it's exactly what I wanted, lovely fabric, beautiful colours and the right size for me. Service is brilliant with this company, they split my order so I could receive the sash for the day I needed it (the other item I had ordered had a two week delivery timescale).

Double width material ordered - useless single width material received.
Resolved by returning incorrect material and paying a second lot of import taxes for the right material.

Bought a tube scarf. Poor quality, expensive item, not functional and was overcharged on the P&P - a rip off for the price. Read the other reviews, others have complained about price and quality

Was so impressed at quality and speed once made. Looks amazing. My eldest brother and i love our kilts and accessories. My bride to be will love it as much as i do.

For starters, the shopping experience was great; the shop offers a great array of products but also plenty of tools and information to make it very easy to find what you need, even for a complete newcomer like myself.
The fit of the garment is fantastic, and the quality is more than noticeable. Everything made it across the Channel in great time and perfect condition 👌
Last but not least, the staff was there every step of the way to address any questions or issues, and made sure the whole process went through smoothly.

I went on line to fined a company supplying tartan trews found CLAN they were great helped me through the ordering and the format matt . place my order and kept in touch if any changes had to be made great service and friendly to.Will for my next order use them again , keep up the great. work guys

I ordered a mug for my partner's 70th Birthday, paying extra postage to ensure it arrived in time for us going away to Wales to celebrate the big event.
I received an email to say that unfortunately the delivery would be delayed, and that it would not arrive until after we had left.
I was, admittedly, a little disappointed to say the least, and emailed Clan back to ask if the mug could possibly be delivered to the Hotel in Wales instead.
I was absolutely delighted to receive a reply back the next day to inform me it was being delivered to Wales, and it duly arrived in time for it to be wrapped and given to my partner on the Big Day. He loved it, it's a great quality design and print.
So, a huge thank you to the team at Clan for pulling out the stops and making the Birthday Boy very happy.

We ordered an olive and navy tattersall shirt, but got back a tan and navy shirt. We supplied photos proving it was not olive green, but Nadia refused to pay to have it returned to Scotland. Why should we pay £20 for postage since the photos clearly show a green and blue striped shirt not a tan and blue stripe shirt?
Nadia thinks she’s being cute screwing over a shopper from the US because she’s in UK.
I’d post all the other photos but you only allowed one photo.
Response: I’m an artist and am well aware of intricacies in color nomenclature. The shirt is NOT green and blue it’s TAN and blue. Your website is deceptive. Your terms of return stated I must pay to return it to Scotland.

Now have a very nice custom snood/ wrap scarf. Liked using the designer tool, even if it's beta and sometimes needing a complete screen refresh. The colours are amazingly close to my monitor. Used full custom colours, the only thing being that depending on lighting the snood may be lighter than the screen. The tartan lines up well, and if you look closely it's out by 1-2mm in the fold, that's fabrics for you. The main thing is that they've kept the tartan going correctly. Looks seamless from a distance. In the way of things custom woven wool is a major consumer purchase, not like the wrap scarf at around X2 regular shop pricings.

They did not have the tartan in the weight I wanted but found me a suitable alternative. Fabric arrived in US in 6 days! And it’s beautiful. Thank you. Professional from beginning to end.

Ordered a few family kilt pins for my wedding - they arrived in good time and look perfect.

I will start of by saying that CLAN.com is a high quality store that I truly believe I will be shopping again hopefully soon. I am no expert in quality of kilts and/or fabric, but the moment I had it in my hands, I felt Scottish Pride, the moment I put it on I felt right at home in it. Although my family think I am nut's about buying it, once they saw it on my I only received compliments.
I want to personally Thanks Hamish, what can I say, always available and responds to emails quickly. Although brief it was a pleasure to talk and get advice from Hamish.

My experience was a very positive one. I sat down with my mum to design a tartan for her from scratch using the site’s tartan designer. Easy to use—fun in fact—we tinkered until we were happy and ordered a couple items. It’s wild to think that the woolen fabric was made from scratch using the item we created.

The resulting fabric was lovely and the colors matched what we saw on-line. The scarf and shawl we ordered are great and made well.

Beautiful bespoke clan crest glasses, arrived quickly, packaged well. Very happy thank you very much
