Po využití služeb ClaimCloud mi přišel e-mail s nabídkou finanční odměny za recenzi (200 Kč).
To ve mně vyvolává pochybnosti o důvěryhodnosti zdejších hodnocení, protože recenze by podle pravidel neměly být njak finančně motivované.

Aj napriek odmietnutiu kompenzácie od leteckej spoločnosti sa spoločnosť ClaimCloud nevzdala a spor zašiel až k súdu. Trvalo to skoro rok no nakoniec celú kompenzáciu súdne vyhrali v môj prospech . Suma mi bola automaticky poslaná po odpisani odmeny za riešenie prípadu. Ako súkromná osoba určite nepochodíte. Cez spoločnosť Claimcloud je úspech vo váš prospech. Ak budete riešiť kompenzáciu za meškanie letu neváhajte sa na nich obrátiť. Odporúčam

S organizací ClaimCloud mám velmi pozitivní zkušenost. Obrátila jsem se na ně v situaci, kdy mi letecká společnost odmítala vyplatit kompenzaci za zpožděný let. Upřímně jsem už ani nevěřila, že se svých peněz někdy dočkám. ClaimCloud se ale celého případu ujali naprosto profesionálně.

Nevedel som z ryanair dostat peniaze za 7 hodin meskajucu let. skusal som to cez oficialny formular, volal som aj na customer linku kde mi dokonca povedali ze na nic nemam narok. nakoniec po roku skusania som napisal na claimcloud a o 3 mesiace som mal peniaze na ucte.

Náš let Smartwings z Řecka do Prahy byl opožděn o více než 3 hodiny, což nám umožnilo nárokovat odškodnění od této letecké společnosti. Bohužel i navzdory několika e‑mailovým výzvám se tato společnost k odškodnění nevyjádřila. Případ jsem tedy po třech měsících neúspěchu předal ClaimCloudu a peníze mi byly vyplaceny za měsíc. Neztrácejte čas vypisováním na leteckou společnost, nemá to význam. ClaimCloud můžu jen doporučit.

Perfect and genuinely effective service.
We had a 4-hour delayed flight from Prague to the Dominican Republic and were entitled to compensation of 600 euros. First, we submitted a compensation claim directly to LOT, but they dismissed it, saying we were not eligible. So we handed the case over to ClaimCloud, and they started handling the situation.

For a long time we only received automated emails stating that the status of the claim had not changed. However, before the deadline by which the airline must issue legitimate compensation, the money was indeed sent to us. Although the whole process took two years, ClaimCloud successfully recovered a total of 780 euros for us. After deducting their commission, we received 540 euros, which is a very nice amount.

Once the compensation is approved, the money is normally sent within 30 days, but the company offers— for a fee of 350 CZK— a transfer within two days. We used this service as well, and the funds were indeed credited to our account within two days of paying the fee.

We didn’t have to do anything during the process except fill in the information online and upload a boarding pass stub. I highly recommend this company.

I can recommends this company! Everything was fast and smooth. The instructions was synoptic along. When they need something the will call me. Money came fast. Our case had happened in September and our money came in November’s. Other company our case denied but ClaimClaud solved out it.

ClaimCloud helped me obtain compensation for a delayed flight….something many travelers never pursue, either because they don’t know services like this exist or they think they can handle the process on their own. My case dated back to 2020 and it took quite a long time to resolve, but in the end it was successful.
