I had an issue with my deliver and the customer service team responded immediately and corrected the issue. Very happy with the outcome and can’t say enough about how impressed I was with the experience.

I haven’t ordered from Clae in years but it was not a good customer experience.

Mir gefallen viele der Schuhe sehr gut, allerdings kann ich nicht empfehlen aus Deutschland heraus direkt bei Clae (clae.eu) zu bestellen.
Denn falls die Schuhe mal nicht passen, muss der Rückversand selbst gezahlt werden und das in die Niederlande! Knapp 15€ Porto für einmal Schuhe anprobieren. Sorry, nie wieder!

I am a "consumer" of sneakers..I find the CLAE among the best and stylish on the market...I have many pairs of various models and colors..very satisfied also with this last order..especially for zuma

J'ai porté des chaussures CLAE (modèle bradley) pendant des années et je peux vous dire qu'elles ont été très robustes et qu'il n'y avait presque pas d'usures à l'extérieur. Juste la semelle qui s'est usée avec le temps.

This is my fourth pair of CLAE. I am very happy with these shoes. The leather quality is just insane. That makes the shoes very comfortable to wear and very durable. They change their shipping partner and it's now much faster and reliable. I definitely recommend CLAE

I’m sure the shoes are decent, but UK customer service is abysmal. Unresponsive, disorganised, really frustrating.

I purchased a pair of shoes in May, which seemed nice and decent quality, but didn’t quite fit as described. So I sent them back for an exchange (at my own expense - which is unusual for “free” returns, but fair enough). The exchange took quite a while to process (around 10 days after my return arrived) but a new pair was sent via Evri. This is where the troubles really started.

Tracking updates from Evri stopped. After a few days of no updates I got in touch with customer support with all the information (tracking number, order number etc.) required to investigate and was met with radio silence for a week. After following up, I was asked to describe my issue and provide all the information I had already sent again (on more than one occasion!). Customer service then misread the tracking link and told me the parcel had already been delivered (it hadn’t) and once I corrected them, promised to investigate and provide a refund. After this - once again - I heard nothing for a week.

I had to threaten a section 75 claim to actually get the refund processed – which I didn’t want to and really shouldn’t have to do.

All in all, more than a month from the date of exchange had passed at this point, and I’d sent eight emails providing - in effect - the same information.

For the price, the customer service experience is really quite unfortunate. Absolutely not worth the hassle, no matter how good the shoes. Never again.

I’d wanted to buy Clae for sometime but always thought them a bit pricey. This sale, I decided to go for it! The service is undoubtedly fantastic and so efficient, but the shoes just aren’t that special for the money. The design is quite ordinary really and nothing very special. Most annoyingly, the tongue slides around like I’ve never known before with any other kind of shoe. I’m disappointed and a little sad, which is a shame as expectations (and excitement levels) had been high.

My issue was addressed and resolved immediately and that is the way it should be.
Other companies should follow that quality that CLAE stands by.
