They act like a scam
They are very slow in replying to emails or whats app. I am on day 12 with no product and two replies. To me this is acting more and more like a scam than a repitale company. Use caution and don't expect to hear back from them any time soon.

Instant email delivery of license key and download link. Great job! Install was reasonable quick and everything I have tried so far works as expected.
Download was almost 5gb so it can take a while.
Could use some basic instructions included in the link email on how to use the img file for those that are not used to using them (just double-click the img file, then double-click the Setup file). Input license key upon opening the first app.

The keys didn’t work, no refund, silence
The keys didn’t work, refused to provide a refund, and the communication was non helpful and worked to just extend the process unnecessarily. Luckily, it wasn’t a lot of money but should have just stuck with Kenguin. Wouldn’t recommend.

trouble installing
having trouble installing properly. it keeps trying to install as microsoft 365 that we paid on monthly. i think its trying to reactive the subsription. can you help get me on the right track.
