Londoner Buses Anmeldelser 

Booked a Santa sleigh open top bus tour to see the lights of London. The bus turned up and it was a plain green bus, not the one advertised!!! The excuse was the Santa bus was elsewhere. I was told the heating would work but obviously open top it would be cold and Christmas tunes would be played. Unfortunately the music was so low it couldn’t be heard over the engine noise. No commentary as to what we were seeing or what was coming!! Other busses had festive lights and tinsel and this one had nothing. We saw the same set of lights twice and most of the journey no lights at all. All in all very disappointing. Not worth the money and very lack lustre and not festive!! The only positive was the driver Wayne who was lovely.

London bus network is city wide and very frequent. A first rate world class service. Using Citymapper app you can time the bus arrival at your stop to the minute!!!

My friend had a very unpleasant journey with them, stating they are from TfL on a misleading numbered bus. At the end no refund was given of a couple of pounds only. They transferred him to the destination though. Not recommended at all.
