Citywide Home Mortgage Anmeldelser

Love love love Matt!!! Very knowledgeable and caring. Will spend time with you to make sure you are comfortable with the process. Also my fav! They will not pressure you to rush into something just to close the deal. This was my first home purchase AND during COVID. Matt helped my hand through the whole process.

Gavin made our refinance experience painless. He Walked us through each step in the process and was always available and happy to answer all of our questions and concerns. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.

I loved the process of buying my home. John is amazing. Truly. He took all the complicated things upon himself. It was so wonderful. I really didn’t have to do anything. He and my realtor handled everything. I just signed. I would definitely use him and refer anyone I know to him. Thank you again!

Very efficient platform to securely upload documents. Process was fairly smooth even though we had Covid related challenges.

Great experience, fast and effective!

Jeremy Coccimiglio and his team were awesome to work with! Highly recommend.

Sue Arnold was amazing. She was very patient and understanding of a first time home buyer like myself.

I've used Citywide for a few transactions now, and they've always been helpful, attentive, genuine and prompt. I've referred others to Citywide and they have thanked me frequently, as they have also had very positive experiences! It's nice working with an actual Loan Officer and Processors who all know you, and are always happy to help you every step of the way. That is top notch service in my book! I highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase, sell or refinance! Ask for Camille and her team!

Mil gracias. :)

Amazing people! They were super helpful throughout the entire process!

Process was very smooth. Loan officer and his team were very efficient and timely.

Very professional, customer service-centric. Getting things done on time, responsive and helpful.

Perfect, on time, easy to deal with!

Jon Edwards has been a tremendous pleasure to work with. He is always extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. We have worked with Jon on multiple loans and will definitely be calling him on the next one.

The process was good overall. The disappointing part was with regard to the money we would be getting back. There was a sizable discrepancy that no one caught. It was a tough pill to swallow amid such uncertain times.

Very easy and professional. received a great rate and very low closing costs. Would highly recommend.

Curtis made the process of getting a mortgage loan so easy. He was so helpful, professional, and very efficient. If there were any concerns or questions he will get back to you with an answer right away. The whole process was simple, painless, and fast!

Amy was so helpful. She helped to explain all of our options so could pick the best loan for us. Casey and Riley were also fabulous. They replied in a timely manner and helped make the process run so smoothly. We will be making several referrals to Citywide.
