Hello I never received my order that should have arrived on December 24th would it be possible to know where my package is or to get a refund please thank you very much

Lovely design, high quality iPad sleeve, fits like a glove. To top it off the owners are courteous and responsive with their communication. What else would you want? : )

Delivery was taking long so I cancelled my order. Miraculously it had just been shipped so cancelling was not possible. If I wanted to return it I would have to pay a return shipping fee. Not very consumer friendly.

Ok, whatever I started using the wallet. After a few months the screws came loose and after 6 months I just flat out lost them. When I asked for a refund I got the following response:
"I am sad to hear you lost these screws and you can't use your wallet any more. These screws loose with time and you should screw them from time to time. I could send you new screws if you wish."

I insisted on a refund since I just can't use the product anymore and I'm not supposed to be screwing my own wallet together I got this response:
"It has been six months since you ordered your wallet. As mentioned earlier, we can send you new screws to restore its functionality. If the wallet is damaged within a year, we offer repair or replacement services. However, we do not provide refunds."

Afterwards I complained and said I was going to open a PayPalclaim after which did not respond anymore. That was mistake on my part because I was no longer able to file a claim through them because too much time had passed.

I no longer expect anything to happen so I just wanted to warn other people about these, although seemingly legal, very consumer unfriendly practices regarding shipping, return and refund.

The wallet itself was ok, albeit pricey, especially considering it fell apart after 6 months.

Very strong smell, doesn't seem like it's purely vegetable tanned. Looks slightly different than in the ads.

Quality products, quick delivery, overall a very nice experience

The case is not as snug as it should have been. And their exchange policy is questionable and a huge hassle. They want me to pay for new one upfront, return the case and go caseless, while i wait for them to craft the new one. And only after they receive the case i shipped back, then they will ship out my new case. And as someone who has been in the leather industry for more than a decade, i don’t see why they are charging the crazy horse the same as the italian leather variant. The edges of their case is raw and unfinished, which might hurt your hand while carrying it as it can be quite sharp. I like supporting a small business but this is just a nightmare. The most disappointing thing is that, when i gave them the feedback, they be like ‘our other customer are not complaining about this’ this is a huge red flag. Overall, their quality of material is decent, but for what they are charging, it lacks the necessary finesse to make it a finished product.

Amazing product and very good quality, definitely recommend it.

This is my third case from CitySheepStore and they’re always top notch. Great materials and workmanship. Not inexpensive but a great value for the money.

The delivery took too long and the leather had scratches front and back. It doesn't look as it should be. Didn't want to bother to communicate more with them. The customer service is bad.

I bought my first wallet 3 years ago. Now my son asked for same. Best tiny wallet ever.
