Ordered flowers early in day for same day delivery, called to confirm when not delivered by 6. Well 9 pm and still no delivery. This is a complete scam.

Placed an order; delivery available that day; received a call - delivery not available that day. Called and okayed delaying delivery to the next day. Delivery was not made the next day. Two days later — still waiting. Evidently their service sucks. That’s the difficulty when ordering from out of town. Will never use them again.

Very disappointing experience with this service. Did not send what was ordered and only offered and 1/8 of the total price as a refund. With no resolution of sending the actual order.
Could have gone to the grocery store flower department and done better and for a lot less money.

I ordered a Farm Spring Fresh Bouquet on July 7, 2026. My credit card was charged $84.14 on July 7, 2026. They promised me 24-hour delivery. They did not stand by their commitment. I phoned July 9, 2026 and told them the individual was now out of state. They did not stand by their commitment. I spoke with two different individuals. We all agreed the shop would send a "special" bouquet on July 22 when the individual returned home. Needless to say, NO flowers. I phoned again. They said a young man (her son) had signed on July 9th to receive the bouquet. Remember I told them that the individual would be out of state, DO NOT deliver. Because it was signed for, (son?) they delivered the bouquet. All in all, a devastated occurrence. By this time the family member had had the burial ceremony. NO acknowledgment from her best friend (me!)
Their promise now is they will give me a $24 refund. Humiliating!!!!!!

I am disgusted, aggravated and embarrassed!!!! Also angry as hell!!!

Can’t give a zero or I would. Ordered $200 funeral bouquet with the funeral home name, address, etc. also instructions I needed the flowers delivered either before 8am or the day before as it was an early service. I ordered Monday for a Saturday funeral. I flew in for the service, milled around looking at beautiful arrangements from other florists but couldn’t find what I sent. Well apparently that’s because they never got to it. I got a message to call them and their initial resolution was to send the flowers on Monday. These are funeral flowers, like wedding flowers, sending on another day doesn’t work and I can’t believe that was even a suggestion. I now see many other terrible but justified reviews. A major tenant of being a quality florist is delivering on time. If you can’t, they should have requested help from another florist in the area. My only hope now is more people read this and look elsewhere.

A total disaster. Flowers were to be delivered by 5 today and at 4:30 I got an email saying my order was canceled. What a ripoff. Plus they advertise free delivery but at checkout they add a $19 service fee. Really. Go with a local florist.

If I could leave less than one star I would. Failed delivery to Fort Snelling Cemetery for my Moms funeral. Already a very sad day only to be made worse with no flowers. All reviews on their website are fake. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

I ordered a $100 bouquet with sunflowers in it. The photo in the ad promises gorgeous stems, multiple sunflowers. my arrangement arrived and it looked like a two year old put it together!!!! NO SUNFLOWERS!!! Can you imagine ordering a sunflower arrangement with nothing in it? DONT waste your precious money on these people!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I spent $125 on @ "large" arrangement for my anniversary and they delivered about $30 worth of flowers. I was so embarrassed when they arrived. I look like a cheapskate!

I ordered an arrangement on 06/12, with delivery scheduled for Saturday 06/13/26. It was not delivered so I called Customer Service on Monday 06/15. Person said “Shop didn’t have the flowers to fulfill the order, so your order was cancelled.” I was not notified that the delivery wasn’t made or that my order had been cancelled. He said “Our system was down on Saturday.”
I told him this was unacceptable and I would never order from them again. Suggest you don’t order from them either.

-Showed up on my visa card as a charge 5-27-26
-Email received advising the order was cancelled
5-28-26. No call/no explanation. DO NOT USE.
-Take the time and find a local business, but you have
to dig deep because the website is misleading,

I ordered sympathy flowers for a family that was supposed to be delivered on a Thursday. I didn't get a confirmation that they had been delivered nor did the florist call me back. I had to call them for confirmation and found out they were never delivered and assured me the following day they would be delivered. Well a few days went by, no repsonse, so I emailed them and found out they never delivered to them the following day. I asked that they in good faith, send some flowers and also refund me the money, since it was their mistake.
They said they couldn't do that. I would NEVER USE this florist - EVER!!! They are HORRIBLE!!!!

I ordered flowers for a funeral several days in advance. I called the day before to confirm they would be delivered on time. They were never delivered. I have been going back and forth with them for a refund. They keep saying they were delivered. I asked for proof of delivery. They said they do not take pictures of the deliveries. A few minutes later I received a picture of flowers that were nowhere close to what I ordered. They say they were delivered at 2:00 PM, but the funeral was at 11:00 AM. Please do not order anything from these people. We will now have to dispute the charge with the credit card company because they are refusing to issue a refund.

Flowers never arrived and I’m waiting on a refund. My elderly mom never received her Mother’s Day flowers.
Do not use. I ordered from a local florist and they brought my mom beautiful flowers the same day.

Mother’s Day flowers have yet to arrive. I got a message at 9:22 this AM that they were out for delivery. It is now 7:37 PM and nothing has arrived. I left text and voice messages and no response. You decide if you would trust this comp.

Repeating what others have said, this is a fraudulent company that totally misrepresents their service.

Ordered Mother’s Day Flowers to be delivered May 8th. As of 8PM on May 9th, still not delivered.

I ordered a large standing spray for a funeral and paid even more for extra flowers, so imagine how I felt when I showed up to the funeral and saw a paltry vase of wilting flowers. I was mortified! It was a flagrant misrepresentation of what was advertised, and I only wish I would've checked the reviews first. I reached out to the company and after haggling, they offered a 50% refund that I actually don't trust I will receive. Therefore, I will fight this with the credit card company because it's the principle of the thing.

They deserve minus one star. It's been over a month since my order was placed I got nothing on my delivery date that was supposed to be for my mother's 90th birthday no response to my queries and no reimbursement for non-delivery. After I sent an email query today I got a response stating that I may get reimbursed at the end of May. I have a feeling I'm out over $91. And, I had to make my own floral arrangement for my mother. City flowers does not deserve any stars. Shame on you!

Ordered flowers for delivery on my Anniversary to my wife. Flowers did not show.
1st email stated they would refund my money and sorry they were behind.
2nd email said sorry refund not pushed through do to an error of there own.
3rd email said flowers were delivered, responded to me as a completely new person and said as good faith they would refund half my money.

DO NOT PURCHASE , THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

I wish I would have read these reviews beforehand. This is a fraudulent flowershop. It was for my daughter's 2nd wedding. I just wanted a boutinniere and a bouquet for the bride. There is no one who speaks English. They say it is family owned. it's a joke. after about 10 phone calls they sent my daughter a vase with some flowers in it. This was a disgrace and an embarrassment. it was sent an hour before the ceremony so we didn't have time to get her anything. She had no flowers!!! Just horrible!!!!
