Quality Care, Accessibility of visits on point

Scheduling an appointment was quite simple through their app, as well as, uploading medical history documents. My appointment was exactly on time via zoom, and I was met with great bedside manner and thorough questions about my visit. I felt the Doctor was invested in addressing all my concerns.

Great Service with few drawbacks

The service is great and the communication is easy through the app. I have been using Circle for a year now. Decent integration with my insurance. Easy to ask questions through the app. The Doctors I have had are knowledgeable and friendly. The biggest issues are Doctors cancelling appointments. Once you find a good Doctor then the cancelling is less of an issue. I will continue to use this Service in addition to my PCP because of the convenience.

I am writing to formally express my…

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding Circle Medical’s handling of my account and access to essential care. I have been a patient for about a year. Initially, my experience was positive; however, recent billing practices have become unacceptable and pose serious risks to my health.

Over the past three months, I have experienced financial hardship. Despite repeated requests, Circle Medical has refused to offer a reasonable payment plan and insists I pay $578 in full before scheduling any appointments. I am able to make small, regular payments, but the company has declined to accommodate this. Notably, Circle Medical’s own policy states: “However, in extenuating circumstances, arrangements may be made. For clarification, reach out to our team who will be happy to explain our policies further.” I have reached out multiple times, yet no arrangement has been offered.

Additionally, the invoices I have received vary widely, with some charges up to $179, creating further confusion and financial burden. My insurance was dropped without notice, and I was previously charged $120 per visit, later increasing to $150, again without discussion or alternative solutions.

Of critical concern is the disruption of my ADHD medication, which has been medically effective. Abruptly stopping this medication without a transitional plan is unsafe. Sudden discontinuation can have serious cognitive and physiological consequences.

It is both unethical and unprofessional to deny care solely due to inability to pay in full. I request this matter be escalated to a supervisory level immediately and that a reasonable payment plan be provided so I can continue my prescribed treatment without interruption.

I had a 95% negative experience with…

I had a 95% negative experience with Circle Medical. Regarding practitioners, Dr Elisa E. Horta after an online appointment sent me to a physical CM office for bloodwork. But Lynne Beach, the NP I saw there said that's not how it works so I would have to start over. Lynne Beach made an inappropriate offensive comment after asking my alcohol consumption: when I said I don't drink she said "You're a cheap date!" Regarding administrative staff, on 6 different occasions I asked various questions on how to navigate the CM system to make an appointment and other normal tasks, and got 6 different and conflicting answers. I have since left CM. How could I ever put my confidence in that institution for anything important like surgery or medical advice, when in my experience it's clear that CM is run poorly?

Exceptional Virtual Care

Circle made it easy to upload the necessary documents needed to receive the help I needed. The notifications were very helpful in ensuring there were no mistakes during the application process. Circle provided a physician who was punctual, very knowledgeable, thoughtful and understanding. This experience has increased my confidence within the healthcare system.

Great visit good experience, I was really happy with the information details of the appointment the Provider's knowledge. Very helpful information before following up with my PCP as well.
Was able to offer great information advice details and help with prescription before running out just in time then see my MD in the next few weeks for following up. Great job! Thanks so much...

Provider is Unresponsive for 9 Days and No RX

I started with a provider in order to get Zepbound. She was late by 10 minutes to the telehealth appointment and rushed through the meeting. She prescribed the 2.5 and I was good to two months. Then I needed to make another appointment for get the next prescription. Again, she was 10 minutes late, chatted about her personal life and rushed me through the appointment. First one lasted 15-20 minutes and the second one was about 10.
I said I would let her know in a while if I wanted to go up in dose or stay the same. My appointment was on August 25th and my Rx would need to be refilled by September 11th. On Sept 2, I messaged her through the app that I would like the next dosage and waited. I messaged again on Sept 10th. Still no response. I contacted the bot several times and they said they would re-order the prescription. Nothing.
Today again, I messaged with the bot and they said they would open a ticket with customer service. Still nothing from my provider and still no prescription.
To say that I am disappointed is an understatement.
If this is not resolved today, I will not go back.
