Everything was ok - disappointed by scratches on the tail gate bumper top that weren’t highlighted in any pictures or descriptions. When I called cinch just said wear and tear - I don’t agree and should be clear

Very quick and helpful staff wether it was by phone, email or the delivery driver. Only thing I'd of preferred to be made aware of was that the car only came with 2 floor mats and what weather type of tyres came on the car. So maybe add those details into the description. Other than that the car was exactly as described and I couldn't be happier with how fast and reliable Cinch turned out to be.

Very easy to conduct business with good part exchange offer. Very pleased with the delivery service and standard of the car - very clean. Only gripe is that 'in transit' is painted in small letters on the drivers side window and I have not yet been able to remove it. Otherwise great organisation and I would use them again.

Staff were ill equipped with information. They did not know what mechanical checks had been done on the vehicle. The car was visibly short of screen wash and one tyre felt low. The staff hid behind the fact they 'were the lowest on the totem pole' and were not given the information - nor did they seek it out - just told me to call customer services. They did not know what should be in the rear compartment - in fact were ill prepared for any questions.

I received a golden service from the team at Corby, spoke to the manager the first time and he was friendly.
Second time I went there, Ian Neal was brilliant and this was when I went there for collection.

There was a Discrepancy with milage on front page and photo of service history.

Milage on front page is 12,353. On photo number 21/55 shows service on 29.04.2026 as 17,648.

This was not fully explained.

It was too easy for Cinch to claim what the price of the car was.

Delivery was ok but came at the incorrect time as as was previously agreed.
Preparation of the car was dreadfully poor, dirty outside, not detailed inside and smelt of smoke. 3 weeks into owning the car and it’s right now after many hours work.
Would not buy from again or recommend

Simple, straightforward process to buy the car.
I wasn't that keen on buying something without even viewing it but I was told I could return the car anytime within the first 2 weeks without having to give a reason.
Collection of the car from Derby was quick and easy with all the details explained by Ian, I was on my way home within 20 mins of arriving. From initially seeing the car online to collection took less than 48hrs. Time will tell how good the after sales service is, I'm hoping I won't need it.

The car is very badly marked with scuffs and scratches on most every panel + the drivers door does not close due to a misaligned trim + the drivers window is damaged due to the CINCH tracking sticker which when removed by the CINCH team locally has pulled off the window tint. I am awaiting the CINCH team telling me if / what they are willing to do to rectify the damage + the car was not ready to be collected. On a positive note the one good thing is that the agent Jo Alldread has been ever so helpful.

Just had the most effortless sales experience with superb customer care. Mia Sears took me through the entire process as I was very apprehensive about buying a car online. Mia reassured me of all the steps and answered all my questions. I have AuDHD and she was understanding of my disposition. It is very likely I would have given up at the first stage if Mia hadn’t guided me through. Thank you for making this so easy. Mia is a true ambassador of the Chich brand and I hope she is recognised for it.

Would 100% recommend Cinch in Derby if you are looking to buy a car. I have never been through the process of buying a car before and Joseph was really helpful and patient. I ended up buying and part exchanging my car with no hassle at all. It was a very simple and easy process; and the car was immaculate when I picked it up this morning. Thanks so much Cinch xx

Very easy process and I got a good price to part ex my old car. Ian neal was very helpful and welcoming . This is my second car from cinch and will be telling my friends and family to come and buy cars from you !

After an initial complication when collecting the car I had bought and deciding it wasn't for me I choose another car from the used car centre, this was then swapped over and I left with the new car and was Happy. I also wish to make a shout out for the Lady on reception that day who looked after us Great.

When I arrived to collect my car, I didn't have to wait long. Ian Neal very patiently explained the features of the car and answered all of the questions I had.

The whole process was easy. Car was great. Ian Neal made sure car was clean, tidy and as described.

Sophie is a Miracle Worker! She was friendly polite empathetic and efficient. I called her at 0930 on a Saturday and somehow I will be collecting my new car this afternoon, and this includes a 3 hour train journey through London! Thanks to this wonderful lady, my impossible week to come is now achievable. Possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you so much.

I have had it now for 2 weeks and I am really pleased with it.
Also very happy with the price I paid and also paid me a very good price on the car l traded in
