I placed an order, after 3 months and two attempts I have not received my goods. I asked for a full refund, but have been denied. Absolute SCAM, do not use this business.

Just passed by and saw the several bad reviews left by an angry customer. I ordered from cigsspot a couple years ago and still order. Of course some orders doesn't get throught the borders due to customs but most of the time there is no probem. Indeed instead of buying your cigarettes half the price you would buy in your country consider that maybe 10% of your packs will be seized and then that cigarette would still be a lot cheaper than in your country.

This team is very professional and have a great job providing us some cheap cigarettes while the prices are more expensive than ever.

I'm from new york usa, it takes one month to receive my package, the quality is great as well as the price, will order again!

Good cigarettes placed second and no tracking number was sent. They told me that we haven't given permission to ship. I hope this is done quickly because I am used to these cigarettes.

The guys who runs it is very helpful. My cigs always get sent. They take a while to get to where I live, but given the guy is based in Ukraine, I give it a pass. The delivery time is 3 weeks to 1 month. There's also package tracking which is super reassuring and helpful.

The only thing i would change is, that you can order 1 pack (200 smokes) insteat of 4 packs minimum.

I've always had good service from Cigsspot and never have any qualms about placing another order. Sure, sometimes you do have be a bit patient waiting for your order, but emails are always answered in a prompt manner and I've always received my order. As long as you don't have unrealistic expectations for shipping times, you will not be disappointed!
