After making my 3rd order I just have to say what an outstanding business GQ Tobacco is. They have a very comprehensive range of products for all tastes and they despatch same day and all my parcels have been well packed and have arrived in perfect condition, including cigars. Their prices are lower than other retailers I've used for the same products and they have friendly, helpful customer service. It's always a pleasure ordering from them. Thank you and keep doing what you do as it's perfect.

Now this is my general review about GQ tobacco. After doing all tobacco shop in the UK for 6 years , GQtobacco is just simply the best shop I could find online with the best tobacco products. The owner is a true and kind gentleman being all the time honest and very helpful. The only one .

I have ordered cigars through GQ Tobaccos a number of times over the past couple of years, and took delivery of my most recent order today.
Deliveries are always received 24 hours after dispatch, very well packaged and humidity controlled.
Their product range and pricing is superb. Highly recommended

I was running really low on vape liquid and left it last minute to order so I looked on a few sites and this was the only one that had the amount of stock I wanted (40 bottles), so I called and they answered very quickly to make sure they would send quick and a very helpful lady checked, made sure they had it in available to send and as soon as I ordered it was sent out and with me the next day, i don’t normally write reviews but I do normally read them but I thought I would as there’s not that many on here for this website.

Ive only recently discovered this company. Had to find them on here to express how impressed ive been with the two orders ive placed so far. The communication is excellent. And the speed of dispatch is brilliant. Stock levels seem pretty good. So i will definitely be back for future pipe requirements. You would expect a premium service to cost more but the prices are quite competitive.

Ordered cigars on the 30/10/25. Today is the 4/11/25 and no sign of my order. Order status is in 'awaiting shipment ' for the last 5 days. Sent message re the hold up and as of yet no reply. Seriously frustrated with this company. In comparison I ordered from MSS on same day and it arrived 3 days later. I will not be using GQ again and cancelling my account with them. Poor show !

My 3rd order from GQ, one of my boxes had a stick missing, Sam sent out another box immediately, and I’m very happy with the resolution. My orders have all been sent tracked 24h service and arrived the next day so far, this is probably positive action taken as some reviews have claimed there was no support for an order that did not arrive. GQ have been excellent on price point and service, and I look forward to my next order.
