I had so many problems with this website. I ordered for the first time. And it was supposed to be a present.
The order arrived 3/4 weeks later and the quality is the worst.

+ I had to choose other items again and again over email because they didn’t have some of the items I ordered in their stock. I am still waiting for 2 items.. since 1 1/2 month. It’s such a pain and a headache.

Do not order there!!!

would have given a 0 score had it been available. Was sent several emails promising my order was on the way. Have given up now and cancelled it. Please do not use this company.

The tops are horrible fakes of the pictures they use on their website. I ordered 6 tops, received 5. Been given the run around for 2 months about refunding the missing top. Complete scammers. Ordered all tops in a small, yet they each were a different size then the measurements they provided. Stitching looks like it was done by a 6 year old. Fabrics are not the cotton blend they claimed. They deserve an option of no stars. Better clothes at Walmart. Save your money!!!

I ordered some sandles on the 6/6/19 I received no confirmation order so have no order number the money has been taken from my account .I sent a copy to show them I have sent loads of e.mails but all they have done is ask for order number which I don't have
But the have my name address e,mail address the details they need to find my order . So I'm waiting for a delivery date !!!!
But reading these reviews it doesn't give me much faith . I will give them a reasonable amount of time to reply then I will be putting my friend in fraud squad in the picture I really hope it doesn't come to this. I just want the sandles . I know it's only $23.99 but it's the principle

If I could give no stars I would . The only reviews that were positive about this company has to be a scam too.. this company is in Hong Kong and they are ripping Americans off. Taking our money and not sending the merchandise (like in my case 107.00). They need to be ban from advertising in America On Facebook and other social media sites. I hope Trump keeps the heat on china and their dishonest practices of stealing intellectual property which is clearly what this company has done . The pictures on their web site have been stolen from other legitimate clothing stores. I wish I had done more research before ordering ! Never again

J'ai bien reçu mon colis mais quelle déception à l'ouverture. Ils vous indiquent un prix de base très élevé avec un prix d'achat d'environ 30euros pour un truc qui ne vaut pas plus de 5 euros et encore je suis généreuse. Le produit ne correspond pas du tout à la photo de départ. C'est la première fois que je commande sur ce site et cela restera la dernière.

It's going on three months now for a simple $20 refund, the product was not as described, took photos returned [$7postage] in the original unopened package. Keep on getting messages like this one...

So why is this a problem? a $20 refund is nothing for a large company and I had to pay the $7 return postage!

Since I returned the merchandise about 2 months ago, they have not returned the money to my credit card. About two months of the purchased I received the merchandise and the sizes were not as their table measures provided on the site as a guidance. None of the purchased 9 blouses fits to me. I just want to warn you to do not make business to an untrusted company.

Do not buy from this company. 6 months later i am still waiting for a refund when my items didn't arrive.

The last email I was told it's past the 6 month deadline so basically they have not intention of refunding me my $72.00. Also, the clothes were garbage, very poor quality. This company is nothing more than a scam and to prove it try calling them, you will have to leave a voicemail and don't expect a return call. They admit they owe me the money, but they know they got away with this.

I ordered some dresses and swimsuits last Monday, and I'm so happy that I received them right on time, 0 delay, in a good shape and they look exactly as the pictures showed.

This is the worst company ever! Do not order any merchandise from them!

Awesome Quality and Excellent Service
To begin with, Cicilookshop deserves lots of accolades for delivering the items I purchased on their site. The experience is great and the quality of their wears is high. Most of my friends and relatives now want to know where I got the wears from and they are all interested in buying.
Goo up the good work guys and don't relent.

Replied to my original complaint on here as if they’d resolve but they refuse to help.
When I first asked for a refund they said I could have credit. I’m now asking for anything and they refuse to help.
Don’t waste your time or money.

The worse clothes ever, Don't be fooled by lot reviews of five stars I bought with them and believe me that is the worst quality I ve ever received, and when I tried to return the goods it was a nightmare, it took me a moth for an answer.
Do not spend your money, is of poor quality and the pictures are fake, the clothes are a miserable copy.

First and foremost, I want to say a very big thank you to Cicilookshop for delivering the items I purchased on their site. The experience is great and the quality of their wears is high, even my friends always want to know where I got the wears from and they are all interested in buying.

Another reason why I like them is that the delivery is fast and their customer care service was always there for me until I got the items.

Definitely, I will be buying again from the site.

Horrible experience. Pictures of clothing on models are NOTHING like items you will receive...looks like someone tried to make copies of these with very poor quality fabric and cuts. Stitching is obvious and very poor. Very hard to reach to return. They did e-mail me back once and ask for the SKUs and reason (which I had already provided) but then have not contacted me again and will not respond. I have no way to return the items...they came from overseas and there is no return address. DO NOT order from them! It will not look like the pictures!!

Save your money and don’t by from this shop. The sizing is totally inaccurate. I followed their size guide but the item was smaller and the item itself had a tiny resemblance to the photo. Very mis-leading and dishonest selling. If this shop were in the EU I would report them under the Consumer Act 2015.
