Ciao Italy Tours Anmeldelser

From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Drivers were prompt, personable and excellent drivers. Guides were delightful and knowledgeable. Hotels were well chosen. Our stay in Bellagio was perfect in every way.
I cannot think of anything that could have been better other than to have made our stay longer.

Booked with Ciao Italy Tours hoping for a smooth trip, but the itinerary drifted, the guide seemed bored, and hotels weren’t as nice as photos suggested. Delightful intention, disappointing execution.

Great execution. We had a great time in Como.

Tour guides were lovely & full of knowledge. Everythg went so smoothly. Thank u for a wonderful trip.

Ciao Italy Tours for the WIN ... again!! I absolutely love working with this company - quality product, responsive, and truly the best people. They make me look like a star to my clients and their support while clients are on tour is the cherry on top!

#1 The quality and location of the hotels
#2 The ease of the transfers-prompt, courteous guides and drivers.
Except for our last pickup for the airport. Driver arrived 35 minutes late, no call, no apologies. We were just about to call cabs to get us to airport. We arrived with no time to stop at Vat tax booth and my daughters had spent over $3000.
#3 the organization and patience of our travel planner Trish Martin.
#4 Our special events -the trip to Cinqueterra, our cooking class in Florence, our gondola ride in Venice, Pompeii guide

Our trip was so well planned- every transfer was smoothed by a knowledgeable tour guide, our hotels were beautiful, and our trip was like a dream!

All transfers were very well assisted. All tours were excellent

All accommodations were excellent with a central location to all attractions and restaurants.
Drivers and escorts were all on time and waiting for us in spite of airline and train delays.
We gave a description of what we wanted to do on our vacation and everything was setup perfectly.

One of the biggest helps provided was the transition escorts that would meet you at the airport, hotel, or train station and navigate you to your destination. This reduced stress. Made us feel like royalty actually. The person that guided us from our hotel in Venice to the train station made sure we got on the correct water taxi (there were several waiting). She also gave us a helpful summary of how to find the proper platform for your incoming train and things to beware of in the public station. The other piece that stood out was just the correct amount of activities per day to allow for some downtime and for some ad hoc adventures as well.

Every single detail when creating a private experience, tours, transfers, train accommodations are seamless. Never any problems

I own a travel agency and had a great experience with Ciao Italy. They built a wonderful itinerary for my clients and they provided excellent service.

We loved that the hotels were top notch. All the tours were as scheduled and exceeded expectations. The drivers showed up on time and were very knowledgeable and hospitable. We really liked our driver Americo. He was wonderful. We will probably use you company in the future!

Renee' was so wonderful to work with! She was super helpful with every step of the process!

Responsiveness, thoroughness and quality of vendors they selected for us.

Ciao Italy is my go to for Italy vacations. Flavia is wonderful to work with. The hotels, transfers and tours she recommends are always top notch. She always responds quickly to me emails and very rarely is there an issue during travel.

I’ve used Ciao Italy more than once, they have always been great to work with. great communication, top notch tours with great guides and creative topics, food tours, museum tours, even a twilight golf cart tour of Rome.

Ciao Italy Tours has been creating incredible FIT itineraries for my clients for years! They are my go-to choice for Italy. My clients have consistently returned from their trips with glowing feedback, raving about the guides, the carefully curated experiences, and the seamless logistics. Ciao can adapt itineraries to my client's interests and budget to help me find the perfect fit for all of my travelers.

Ciao Italy helped me create some wonderful trips for my clients, they have excellent logistical and cultural knowledge of Italy.

I recently completed a 16 day tour of Italy using Ciao Italy Tours. The tour had us visiting Venice, Florence, Cinque Terre, Assisi, Rome and finally Sorrento. Ciao Italy assisted me with the details to make this trip happen. They provided trains and drivers when needed to get us from place to place. They also were very flexible in providing excursions in each area, so that we could see all of the things that were of interest to us. I would recommend them highly to anyone that is interested in getting away from the typical Italian tours and want to create their own personal tour.
