I have used this company many times for both my personal orders and gifts for family and friends.
The orders have all arrived on the dates requested, have all been well packaged and presented.
There is a large selection to choose from, not just cheese but other products such as chutneys, pickles,nibbles, cheese biscuits, wine and beer.
All the products are delicious and I know that friends who have received
them as gifts have been delighted with them (so much so that they actually order for themselves now).

The parcel arrived on time even when I put the order in two months before with a delivery date for later . Very pleased how that worked and the cheese and pickle was well wrapped to protect the jars . The cheese itself are good and each flavour is great I had five or six different flavours and all excellent. Will definitely buy again.

I keep coming back for the garlic and garlic and chive cheese’s after getting a mixed hamper as my first taste. I absolutely love them. Totally delicious and I’ve never had a problem with an order or delivery. 5* company.

Been ordering from here for a couple of years now and never had a problem with delivery. In fact I ordered some cheese and accidently put the wrong delivery date on. I was able to contact them and my order was despatched the next day. A cheese hamper always is on my families gift lists for special occasions and we all love the cheese. Excellent prices, long storage dates and very well packed.

Have ordered a few times now and have always received my parcel on my requested delivery date.
I'm I'm enjoying trying different cheeses. The caramelised onion chutney and sweet chilli jam are really nice.

Previously ordered as a gift which went down very well, then took advantage of a special offer. Great mix of cheeses and snacks that I've been able to share with family (I kept the delicious fudge for myself!).

I have been ordering from chuckling cheese Ltd now a couple of times the cheeses is really lovley great flavours and texture prices are very good to would recommend them to everyone who likes different tastes in cheese

I don’t know what’s happened, has this company changed hands because it’s utterly useless. I have ordered from this company in the past, possibly a year or two ago and I had a great experience. This time around the delivery was slow and communication wasn’t great when I phoned to chase up the order the woman on the phone seemed clueless as to what the hold up was and couldn’t tell me when my order would be dispatched. I will not be using this company in the future as it’s definitely changed and not for the better! It’s an absolute joke having to pay £10 delivery or 3.99 if you spend over £20. Wouldn’t mind paying £3.99 if the delivery was fast but where does £10 come in to it?! Absolute rip off

Ordered a cheese hamper yesterday and received FIVE marketing emails the same day with 'you've unlocked a new tier', 'you earned 200 points' 'get a discount code' 'get free shipping'. Just send me my damn cheese and shut up

Ordered one of their valentines cheese gifts 11 days before valentines, received a email 9 days later to say order had been delayed (2 days before valentines). Emailed them back to ask if would be delivered in time for valentines. Recieved an email back to basically say they didn’t know when it would arrive. 2 weeks later finally arrived 3 days after valentines.
(Their own delay not DPD)
Complained and given a 20 per cent off next order! No thank u.
Don’t advertise a valentines gift if can’t for fill order on time and take 2 weeks!
UPDATE: 1 cheese (out of 2 cheeses in box)was also mouldy! They said would refund and refunded me for one cheese minus half the cost of the box which I did not pay any extra for as it was a total price for 2 cheeses in a box!
UTTERLY RIDICULOUS

Like everybody else, I wish I had read the reviews. What a gross way to run a company. No delivery for valentines day (was supposed to be delivered yesterday). No update. Discovered the order hasn't even left the "shop" yet. Awful AI chat bot, cant phone because, surprise surprise you don't work weekends. What a massive disappointment all round

'Order by midnight 9th February for Valentines delivery'
Express delivery order was placed in plenty of time, was apparently dispatched on the 12 February, DPD received the parcel on the 13 February and tracking states delivery on 16th. If you can't deliver on time, don't accept the orders. I now have a non existent valentines delivery and will have been in transit for 5 days, not acceptable for food items if it ever arrives.

Ordered to be delivered 13th Feb was emailed late the night before to say it wasn't going to be delivered immediately emailed back as was for valentine's day and it won't be here on time. Asked for a refund they emailed today to say can't refund as already dispatched. Why ask for a delivery date of you can't keep to it.

My second ever order with these jokers and exactly the same happens again.
Useless.

Placed my first order and chose delivery date of 11th February as I need if for a present early on the 12th. Now less than 24 hours before it’s due I receive notification that it’s delayed. Doh, I should have read the reviews, won’t be bothering with them again.
