It’s started off a little ruff but they have righted the wrong and all is good now, I do like the product as well.

I got the coiled car charger. It wasn’t cheap and it took 3 weeks to arrive but I love it. I have looked everywhere for a coiled car charger - that will work with Apple CarPlay and last more than 3 months. It feels heavy duty, quality product.

I ordered the wrong color. I replied to my order invoice email and let them know. They were able to change it to the correct color. Great customer service!

The product line has a lot of variety. I have ordered several cables from Chubby and they all work extremely well. They provide very good customer service as well. The only negative is the long shipping times, sometimes a month or more.

Awful to deal with. I’m not one to normally complain but this company was such a pain. I was simply trying to return the cases that I purchased and it was weeks of back and forth emails repeatedly requesting return and refund. They proceeded to do this annoying negotiation of return offering $5, $10, $20 and keep the product. And all I wanted was to return, but I did not want. In the end I only took $20 back because I was tired of dealing with it and I’m out 30 bucks. I just wanted to be done with this horrible customer service.

My requests were answered and resolved in a very short time; I am extremely satisfied with the service and with my product.

These charging cables do what was advertised. The colors, of course, make them stand out from the other cords, which is really nice.

USPS lost a package for $400 and chubby cable ignored all my emails then fought me for MONTHS after i placed a chargeback. Im still dealing with the bank because theyll reply to them but ignore all my messages.

I received a phone case for my iPhone 17 Pro Max that was defective (the shiny silver Apple logo was peeling off upon opening), and after reaching out via email I received a very prompt message response from their Customer Service Department stating they were happy to replace the product free of charge and at no cost to me, shipping or otherwise, and they followed through with their promise and maintained friendly and helpful communication and excellent service throughout resolving the issue.
After receiving the replacement case, unfortunately I discovered again a defect in the logo/aesthetic design, and after emailing customer service again regarding the issue with the second case, they not only offered to refund my purchase price entirely and let me keep the cases, but also gave me a discount code for any potential future purchase.

This company is definitely a quality brand that cares about its customers, and regardless of the defects found in the phone case I initially bought, I will definitely give them future business and try out a new product or phone case from them soon!

Special shout out to Laurel on the customer service team; she was super friendly and easy to work with and always timely in her response and quick to find a resolution to the customer’s concerns!

I ordered the wrong item and reached out to customer support. It took them around 15 minutes for them to get back to be letting me know they have adjusted the order. Love the quality of product and now I love their customer service. Will continue to buy from Chubby cable. Great stuff!

The experience was good, but the customer service was great. There is a wide variety of cables from length, color, styles, so many to choose from. I ordered several for a variety of uses. I think with the recent lunar holiday there were some major delays in deliver. The customer service did a great job in making up for it. Not only were they very open about the situation and apologetic, they did what they could to make amends for the delay in delivery. Will I use them again, for sure.

I had a question about my order, and they responded immediately. When I received the product, I was genuinely impressed by the quality. The connectors are super sturdy, and the cable itself is thick and well-built. I use it in my vehicles, and it stays out of the way—I can shift gears without the cable getting tangled around the gear shift. It stretches when needed and retracts back to its original coiled shape. I won’t be going back to regular charging cables. I’m a customer for life.

I had a very positive customer service experience. Although there was initially a delay and an issue with the delivery address, Molly handled everything with professionalism, calmness, and kindness. She quickly provided a solution that fully met my expectations. Despite the delay, I can confidently say that I will recommend Chubbycable to my friends and family.

I really love the case I bought. After a few weeks I had an issue where it got bent taking it out of my pocket because the clasp had come loose. I contacted them and they sent me a new one free of charge. I love how they handled it and their support was friendly. I’m happy to leave them a good review.

I seem to fumble my phone quite often. When I do the Chubby screen cover cracks and I have to replace. The first time this happened Chubby always expeditiously sends replacement. I also use Chuuby cables on all my devices.

I ordered a premium iPhone 17 Pro Max bumper case ($35 AUD), made of metal that just covers the edges of the phone, not the back. I read in the description that even though it is a metal case, it will not interfere with my cellular reception, which was my biggest reason for choosing that particular product, as others I’ve had in the past have strongly caused connectivity between my phone and cell towers. Unfortunately, this case did that exact thing. It drops the connectivity between my phone and the cellular towers so much that the case is unusable. I reached out to ChubbyCable to explain my issue, and only asked for a credit or exchange, not a refund, and I was told that it wasn’t the case, it was my phone, and that they cannot do anything for me unless I provide them with a recording of me putting the case on the phone and showing the drop in reception before and after. Extremely disappointed, as they do have really great-looking products and I would definitely have purchased others, but their customer service and the way I was spoken to as if I were lying has turned me away completely.
