Covid patient reports received on time but result explanations on the reports were incorrect. Definitions on a professional report are important and the response was not fully resolved by the time we travelled. We were lucky, test reports not challenged but this is not what I expected from a company endorsed by TUI.

Avoid this company at all costs. If I could award no stars I would. In my experience they provide faulty products, make it very difficult to make contact then repeatedly ask for the same information to be provided over and over again. It seems to be a ploy to avoid refunding money. I have been forced to consider a county court judgement. Avoid!
Chapter two. After Chronomics replied to my review I made contact full of hope and optimism!
Sadly more weasel words. All sounds very reasonable in print but they seem to think refunding half the money I paid for a product which was faulty is acceptable. It simply is not. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

If I could give zero stars I would! I was flying to Cuba and you need a fit to fly PCR 72 hours before.
I posted the test to Chronomics on Friday the 25th of March at 2pm along with my partners test. My partners result came back Saturday 26th March and I received no recognition of my test nor result.
Chronomics promised to get the results back to you within 24-36 hours once they recieve they recieve your sample.
I then contacted chronomics via email as they have no direct contact number and was told on Sunday 27th March my test was stuck with royalmail and I should obtain a test from another provider (all of this with less than 24 hours before my holiday).
The result was released at 22:39 on the 28th of March, I had already landed in Cuba at this point and required the result from another provider to board the plane.
When I complained, there response was the sample arrived on the 28th of March at 22:06 and they gave me the results at 22:39, so to them I had my results between 24-36 hours so they refused to give a refund. However the promise of a 24hour Royal mail service so you can get your results within the 72 hours before your flight they can't keep. (my sample was stuck with royal mail for 3days). But then you are met with radio silence when your challenging them on this. They take no responsibility in the role they play in it.
If there is anyone else out there still waiting for a refund from Chronomics, I would suggest doing it through your bank as I was able to get my refund back under the consumer credit act. Please avoid this company, they are ridiculous!

recommended by TUI ,I booked 2 fit to fly tests . posted on the same day in the same priority postbox , my partners was received in plenty of time before our flight to CUBA. mine was received 3 days later. i tried to contact Chronomics by phone and email before our departure but no response was forthcoming . in the end I had to pay £80.00 for another test at the airport and made to check in 8 minutes before the check in closed . I was still charged for the test , despite the obvious fact that i was now in Cuba . to date they have refused a credit for their woeful performance . they just don't seem to care about their customers . learn from this story and DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS APPALLING COMPANY , as they do not deserve any future business

Still awaiting my refund of £50 from December! they keep asking for minor details every few months that they already have. What a disgraceful way to treat their customers well into their seventies who cannot afford to give these cowboys £50.00. Go elsewhere for your tests. Update 04/05/22, they have just sent me an email asking for my name and ref number AGAIN!! already sent 3 times, just pay my £50.00 refund I'm entitled too.
After 5 months, many emails, help from TRADING STANDARDS my refund of £50 showed in my account today. Why did they do this to me & many others too.
I now use RANDOX with no trouble at all. Peter.

This disgraceful company come back to Trustpilot 6 months after I asked for a refund of unused test. I have so many emails from me to them about getting my money back,it didn’t happen,and now they are concerned.Dr Tom,the owner of this company who have made a fortune out of people’s misery during the pandemic,emailed to say my refund was being processed,6 months and nothing.

Chronomics basically did cost us an extra test, which we had to do elsewhere and a LOT of stress. We send the tests off exactly 72 hours before our flight (9 am) and we received the results at around 10.30 the night before.
In the 3 days in the meantime, we could get no answer as to whether they had received the test samples, so we were basically forced to run to another company, and pay for a same day test.
Would not recommend.

Trying to get into the online waiting room on Chrome was a shambles. Nothing worked!
I attempted to resolve via online chat but the service provided was abysmal - unclear instructions and 10 minute wait between responses.
Managed to join the waiting room on another browser - from this point onwards, everything worked well.

Ordered a supervised antigen test 6 days before flight. Emailed to query that it would def arrive in time for bank holiday departure. Assured 100% that it would. But it did not. DPD tracking now says test kit will arrive one day after my flight departs. So as it stands I cannot fly to the US. Helpdesk are fast to reply, but the answer was it's DPD's problem, sort it out with them. Overall not a reliable service for something that absolutely needs to be reliable.

I have used Chronomics in the past and the antigen test and 2 day PCR (upon return) were easy to use and the website straight forward (that is why I have 2 stars vs 1)
HOWEVER, when it matters and you need a ‘fit to fly PCR test’ they did not deliver. It is known that you need to test no more than 48 before you fly and the results did not arrive in time to check in, they arrived when we were on the plane… the support was poor, the e-mail simply said ask for a refund and when I asked for a refund they refused…. It was an extremely stressful, upsetting and expensive start to our holiday having to buy tests at the airport and wait for the results on the day (Collinson Travel tests were excellent by the way).

Well where do i start basiclly , my husband and i had waited 2 years for a special caribbean cruise . our only mistake was to choose chronomics for our fit to fly test we did it on the saturday before the tues we were due to travel.had not heard anything by the monday night , we still traveled to Birmingham Airport hoping we would get OUR test through . well it never come through my hubands test results came through at 13.30 the flight closed at 10.15so we had our holiday cancalled by tui. At The time of writing this 20.30 i still have no results .there were 2 other couples denied there flight had also used chronmics, they were in tears as we were . we only used this comany because it was on Tui web site .when you phone them they dont even seem to know what you are saying . We will try and expose this further by going to the news papers and will let watch dog know.. Its to late for us and the other 2 couples who would of been on our sail away just about now . But if it helps anyone to not have to go though this it is worth it . please dont do it .update 6/4/22 do you want a laugh , well it’s either laugh or cry for me . Just got my test results though ( just to add insult to injury) . Flight left 11am yesterday. Will up date on response I get back from them and how long my refund takes. For both PCR and rapid flow as nether were any use to us . Have managed to book a small break to Spain . will definitely be spreading the word about this company and telling everyone the reason we are in Spain and not the carabean!!

Actioned a refund from Chronomics & got a mail on the 7th Feb confirming the refund of £47.97 but have seen/heard nothing - have emailed their support email which "isn't monitored" rang their helpline & this only goes through to an automated message & then cuts you off - warning to others be careful as this seems to be another in the long line of testing companies that have little or no customer support

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Possibly the worst customer service I’ve received to date.
I’ve submitted over 5 refund requests since December and heard nothing back after the ‘21 day’ response period. I eventually got through to somebody via email who told me to raise yet another refund request and it would be dealt with, surprise surprise nobody got back to me. Emailed yet again and had a response to advise the refund had been processed and would be refunded back within 5-10 days, well passed that now and still not seen anything. Further to this I’ve been advised that I need to raise another refund request to have this looked into - I don’t quite understand why I am constantly having to repeat the exact same information when it clearly isn’t been looked at.
