Chronomics are an awful company to deal with. There is only a voicemail message on their telephone number and they don't respond to emails if you want a refund. I have read many other similar reviews. I will contact the Retail Ombudsman to get my refund. That's probably why they are not in PayPal.

Absolutely appalling company. Do not use! TUI should not be recommending this company on their website. I placed an order on 17th June for despatch on 4th July. Tests were not despatched. When I chased (no phone number, had to email), I was shockingly told “no longer deliver to your postcode, apply for a refund! No communication whatsoever to tell me my order could not be fulfilled. Three days before my flight and not told the tests would not be despatched. Absolutely disgusting service! If I’d not chased up I would have been waiting another day or two. I’ve now had to make alternative, last-minute arrangements with another company at twice the cost. Definitely do not order if you live in Scotland as they’ve ceased to deliver to many postcodes. Even after having to apply for a refund (which I shouldn’t have had to do!) I’ve been told to wait 14-21 days for it to be processed. Outrageous 😡

I ordered tests on 21 May 2021. Order was cancelled 23 May 2021. Refund was agreed by chronomics but never paid. Indeed it was agreed about 5 times but when it came to be repaid it never arrived just a crass email asking for additional info.
Bank eventually refunded transaction they thought chronomics actions were extremely disturbing.
I requested chronomics remove my details from their records. Randox are great.
This morning, the tests were delivered. Over a year late. Chronomics agreed the order had been cancelled. Unable to express disgust at tests being sent when there was no contractual agreement in force.
Person spoke to at chronomics today could not provide anything useful at all as to why they had sent out the tests. Indeed could not really string a sentence together that made sense. Could not answer a question boris could learn a trick or two from her.
Conclusion if you need to use tests choose anyone but chronomics.

Tests came through nice and quick. However website and pack offer conflicting instructions. Pack says report result online, website refuses to let me upload picture of results & I've just received an email telling me I now need to post the sample to chronomics. The day before we bloody fly!!!!????????? Guess I'll have to get to the airport and see what happens. Utter joke.

I have been waiting for my refund since Dec21 when Tui cancelled my holiday. I alone have sent well in excess 20 requests on the Chronomics form online together with 2 recorded delivery letters containing a breakdown of what is outstanding with ref numbers and clear explanation. I have spend at least 8 hours since Dec 21 pursuing my refund to no avail. Please would you sort it out.

I now have to detour on our journey to the airport to get an in store test because Chronomics haven’t even confirmed receipt of the PCR test, let alone the result.
For a product which needs to be reliable, the complete lack of reliability of the service is a massive issue. I’ve wasted £50 only to get inconvenience and uncertainty.
When destinations require tests to have been done within 72 hours of arrival, you really shouldn’t be selling products for that purpose if your service levels aren’t up to scratch. And don’t blame Royal Mail, you trumpet the 24 hour priority service when you take customers’ money and so you need to own it when it fails to deliver.

No response to request for refund for LF tests no longer required after our holiday destination changed its entry requirements just before we travelled.
No way of speaking to anyone on the phone, emails and contact forms go unanswered.
Two months on am yet to receive a reply and remain needlessly out of pocket to Chronomics. Will be raising dispute through my bank.
Disgusting service and lack of care or respect for their customers. TUI should be ashamed for having partnered with such a shambolic organisation.

Absolute nightmare trying to do COVID test. Upload photo not acceptable. Managed to do 2 COVID test results in 4 hours still have Two more to do.
Cannot speak to someone only automated responces. Not acceptable.

Good contact and tests delivered when expected. We travelled to USA they said allow an hour after registering to wait in the queue online. I waited over 3 hours till it was my turn my husband gave up after 4 hours and we found a clinic in New York to get the test done .a complete loss of a morning , and lost time slots at attractions at an additional cost of75 dollars VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!

Looking through recent reviews it is difficult to understand how on earth Chronomics has a 4 Star rating overall. According to recent reviews, customer experience has been abysmal! Regretfully, I must add my own experience to that tale of woe. In summary: (1) Customer Support is completely inadequate, relying on email-only interaction, and failing to provide any meaningful insight into the status of an order/test (2) The 'Dashboard' has very little granularity in terms of showing an order's status (compare for example to what is routinely provided by competent logistics companies), and lacks functionality, (3) The Post Office 24 Hour service (in my experience typically very efficient) is used as a convenient scapegoat to cover for Chronomics ineptitude, (4) Chronomics Spit PCR Test is very expensive £99. Of course I will receive the same boilerplate response from Chronomics as evidenced in other genuinely critical reviews, which also points to the worthlessness of this organisation. I suspect this company is making well in excess of £10M per annum from this 'service', and their performance is awful.
