Buen servicio, puntualidad y el chofer muy amable y atento.

Los chicos de Chofix dan un servicio súper eficaz y bueno. Quería agradecer especialmente la ayuda y la burna gestión de Juan. Hace que todo parezca muy fácil y siempre te da una solución.

Roman, el conductor que nos recogió en aeropuerto de Orly-Paris y también nos lllevó de regreso, es muy profesional. Fue muy puntual y amable.
Al llegar a Paris nos saltó el WhatsApp de él indicanos el punto de encuentro de forma muy clara, lo que nos dio mucha tranquilidad. Puso música durante el trayecto y conversación en español. Nos ha encantado el servicio y volveríamos a utilizar chofix.

Muy buena empresa llegamos al aeropuerto el vuelo llegó atrasado y el conductor nos esperó y estuvo en la zona de espera, muy amable y buena comunicación conducción muy buena sin duda la mejor empresa de traslados

Somos un grupo de amigas. Contratamos el servicio de transporte y todo un acierto! Horarios flexibles y el conductor muy profesional. Recomendadisimo

Had a driver booked from Salou to Barcelona at 3:30am. Received a WhatsApp message from the driver at 3:20am telling me his car broke down and are no longer able to come at. Our flight as at 7am. He also called the front desk of our hotel to tell them he's too far away and won't make it on time. So he was telling lies to me.

We had no support from this company to arrange alternative transport back to the airpot. Just left us as is. Thankfully after a lot of struggling the night porter at the hotel was able to arrange us a taxi at that hour in the morning.

We ended up paying €209 to get to the airport.

This is very poor service from this company, we only got our refund sent after I contacted them via email. We would've missed our flight if it wasn't for the night porter, then we had to rebook everything and cost 4x the amount.

Edit: They obviously denying this as you can see by their reply. I’ll copy and paste the email when I asked for my refund. They did refund me.

No his car did not break down he told the hotel staff he’s too far away and can’t make it. You did not send any other transport. You could not be reached by my me or the hotel staff. We tried for a long time.

Edit: I’m not out to cause anyone damage. Just trying to prevent anyone from being in the situation we were left in.

I see you keep calling everyone who gives low rating liars. That by it self says a lot.

EDIT2: Yes, there is a small percentage of people who lie in order to cause the most damage possible — as is the case here — and there’s nothing wrong with calling them by their name. They try to take advantage of an accident, like a breakdown, to cause as much harm as possible by making up things that didn’t happen, even though we assisted them at all times and their hotel told us: “There’s no need to send anyone, I’ve already called a taxi.” But you insist on lying — that’s fine — but things need to be called by their name.

I’m sorry but you can call me a liar as much as you like. There were zero communication from your company to resolve the issue that morning. We couldn’t get hold of your company doesn’t matter how many times we tried. The driver ignored me on WhatsApp.

I’m not wasting my time and energy on you anymore. Anyone who reads through this and see your response will clearly see what kind of a company they dealing with. You’ve wasted enough of my time.

People will decide for them self’s to book with you or not when reading this.

Excellent Service – Highly Recommended

Our taxi was cancelled just 24 hours before we were due to land in Barcelona. Luckily, we found this company, and they arranged transport for all 16 of us on very short notice.

From the start, the communication was excellent. We received clear information all the way through, which made us feel confident that everything was taken care of. The driver who picked us up was extremely friendly, and we were even offered water during the ride to Salou.

Our return trip also went smoothly. The driver contacted us in advance to ask whether we had planned enough time for the journey, as he had experienced heavy traffic the day before and wanted to make sure we wouldn’t be delayed.

We communicated with the company via WhatsApp, where I could easily ask questions, make changes, and get confirmation of our booking before the return trip.

We are very satisfied and would absolutely recommend this service to anyone in need of reliable and professional transport!

I’m very satisfied with the services provided by Chofix. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean the vehicles were for both our transfers from Alicante Airport to Benidorm and back. Muy recomendable!! Reservamos por su pagina web y nos mandaron diferentes opciones según necesidades y presupuestos y se queda reservado y pagado! Nos estaban esperando puntuales a la ida y a la vuelta y el trayecto super cómodos y amplios, sin problema ninguno!! Sólo puedo decir que volveré a reservar con ellos cuando necesitemos!!

We booked transportation service for a group of 13 persons from Madrid airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the train station and from Barcelona train station to the hotel. All the services provided were great, very professional, on time and the drivers were very decent and helpful.

We booked a round-trip transfer to and from Orly Airport. The price was very competitive. The drivers contacted us via WhatsApp before pickup to let us know their arrival time, and they were very friendly throughout the journey. The cars were spotless. We also had an issue with our return flight, and they quickly and efficiently arranged the transfer change for us.

El vuelo llegó con adelanto y tras comunicarme con el responsable vía telefónica, nos envió un vehículo antes del tiempo acordado, asimismo, cabe destacar la profesionalidad y amabilidad del conductor. Totalmente satisfechos con el servicio.

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, einen Transfer zu nutzen, und ich bin absolut begeistert von der Erfahrung! Das Auto war in hervorragendem Zustand, sehr sauber und komfortabel. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Pünktlichkeit – der Fahrer war überaus zuverlässig und kam genau zur vereinbarten Zeit. Zudem war er äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, was die Fahrt sehr angenehm gestaltet hat.

Ich kann diesen Transferdienst wärmstens weiterempfehlen und werde ihn bei zukünftigen Gelegenheiten definitiv wieder in Anspruch nehmen!

We got an uber from Barcelona airport to salou for our holiday but on coming back the night before I only realised uber is barred from collecting in Salou so went online and found Chofix and saved over 100 euro on who our hotel recommended and over 70 on local taxi which are metered ..fantastic easy to book service ..will be bypassing uber in future and using Chofix..very clean comfortable transfer and driver arrived 5mins early..highly recommend 👌

El servicio final salió todo correctamente, lo que al final para nuestros invitados de boda fue lo más importante y lo agradecemos.
Lo que nos dio mucho dolor de cabeza fue toda la gestión anterior. No hay canales de comunicación adecuados para poder hablar con atención al cliente. En nuestro caso fue a través de WhatsApp y tenías que repitir con cada mensaje los números de reserva, nombres, etc. y si tienes dudas no esperas respuestas ni rápidas ni adecuadas. Cada día cambiaba la persona encargada y se lo tienes que volver a explicar todo, porque al parecer no tienen el historial de mensajes guardados o no se cual es el problema. No mostraba mucha confianza y tenías que estar detrás de ellos constantemente.

Todo perfecto. Puntualidad, estado del vehículo y amabilidad del conductor. No se puede pedir más.

Nuestra experiencia ha sido totalmente una estafa.
Reservé un MICROBUS, ahora MAGICAMENTE aparece que reservé 2 vans, es falso, yo reservé un MICROBUS y tengo captura de mi reserva.

Cuando me levanté por la mañana, nos recibieron 2 furgonetas Mercedes, los conductores no hablaban español ni inglés, solo sabían que tenian que llevarnos a Lloret. El contacto con atención al cliente fue muy dificil, no hay teléfono de contacto por voz directo, ante la urgencia de irnos, nos fuimos. Al recogernos de nuevo vino 1 VAN, la otra se retrasó y llegó 20 minutos tarde, tampoco la necesitamos porque las chicas ante la mentira de alquilar un microbus se buscaron otro medio para irse.

Tampoco eran los mismos chofer, no hablaba bien español y suerte que una de las chicas hablaba inglés, sinó ni nos entendemos.

Al final conseguí hablar por whatsap con un señor de ''TRAFICO'' de chofix, que me decía el microbus ''NO ARRANCABA'', y por eso me mandaron las 2 vans.

La cuestión es que nadie me notificó de este cambio, y cogimos estre transporte por esta particularidad de 1 SOLO VEHÍCULO TODOS JUNTOS POR NECESIDADES DEL GRUPO. No tenia Wifi, no tenía agua, no nos recibieron con cartel. Todo una mentira
