J'ai commandé un beau gilet en tricot blanc et j'ai reçu un gilet cheap beige-jaune après plusieurs jours de retard et plusieurs courriel. Une personne m,a répondait pour me dire que le colis s'était perdu. J'ai demandé un remboursement et elle m'a répondu qu'un autre colis était en route et de faire la demande de rembourser lorsque je laurai reçu.
Lorsque j'ai reçu le gilet, j'ai écrit pour avoir la procédure pour un remboursement. AUCUNE REPONSE après plusieurs tantative.
C'EST DE L'ARNAQUE ATTENTION!

Ho acquistato un profumo Chloe "Cedrus" dal sito ufficiale, il profumo è stupendo, però imballaggio.....non è rispetto alla natura! Mi hanno messo il profumo in un una scatola riempita di plastica e quella scatola hanno messo ancora in un'altro scatolone che è stato anche riempito di plastica..

A fuir la marque Chloé qui se prétend être une grande marque .
Pas de sav et pas de remboursement ou réparations ou échange standard sur produits ! Baskets (490€) mis t 4 fois en 2 ans et une attache a cassée.
C’est le 2eme fois que j’ai un pb avec cette marque !!!!un sac la bandoulière a cassée et heureusement acheté aux Galeries Lafayette qui m’a remboursé au bout de 30 jours..
Fabrication très bas de gamme et aucun respect du client !!

Bestelling nooit ontvangen.... Geld kwijt...
Contact gehad met bedrijf. Eerste mail werd keurig beantwoord. Daarna werd ik verwezen naar de verzender.
Zogenaamde track en trace code gehad maar die is niet te achterhalen.
Kortom les geleerd...nooit bestellen daar

I bought a bag online 2 months ago, but did not accept the delivery, so the parcel was returned. 2 months later, I'm still waiting for the refund to be issued, and no one is replying to my email. The most disappointing experience ever.

Terrible customer service and product. I bought the Chloe tote bag and after one wear, the black writing and lining started ripping off. I contacted customer service and they are so rude and will not return or exchange the bag. Dont waste your money, their products are garbage and you won’t be able to get your money back.

J’ai reçu un sac Woody (grand format) l’été passé (utilisé durant 3 mois à peut près).
Les beaux jours étant enfin revenus cette année je décide de le sortir de nouveau … et je me rend compte que les lettres sur les hanses se décollent !
Je contact le service client et le service après vente et aucune solution ne peut être apporté à mon problème !! INADMISSIBLE !! Le sac coûte quand même 1000€ !
Les sacs doivent être utilisés qu’une saison chez Chloé ??!!!
JE NE COMMANDERAIS PLUS JAMAIS !

I lost 400 kr because I ordered a pair of sneakers from this site. If I knew it was a scam, I wouldn't order again, I didn't read the reviews before ordering. Karma will return to the one who stole the money.

I bought a pair of shoes. After wearing them for 20 minutes to walk to work I had gaping cuts on the back of my ankle. I sent pictures showing this to Chloe customer service. The shoes were so unbearable that I had go get mules immediately. They showed no concern and simply sent me a generic message back. Also note I have never had this happen with any shoe. The leather was so stiff and rigid I believe that is was caused the issue. They showed no concern. Chloe customer service does not care about the quality of their product. Beware. This was the response. “We have receive an update from our corporate team regarding your request to return your See by Chloé Glyn Espadrilles. Kindly note they have advise this is not a quality issue with the shoes and unfortunately we are not able to allow a return for the shoes.”

Servizio clienti inesistente. Per le spedizioni non danno l'opzione di ritiro presso un fermopoint quindi se non sei a casa al passaggio del corriere devi poi andare a recuperare il pacco in capo al mondo alla sede del corriere con trafile assurde. Per me questo è il primo e ultimo ordine sul loro sito.

Auch mit viel Durchhaltevermögen konnte ich eine Bestellung von „See by chloe“ nicht retournieren. Meine schriftliche Anfrage wurde nicht beantwortet!
Das geht garnicht! Nicht empfehlenswert!!!

I bought a bag from Chloe.com was a bit hesitant after reading the reviews not sure why there are so many bad reviews as I had a great experience with the company they replied right away to my emails & I received the bag earlier than expected with DHL shipping notifications the bag is authentic so if your hesitating to buy don’t I totally recommend one happy customer

TRUFFA. È una truffa… arriva dalla Cina e io ad oggi 20 marzo non ho ricevuto nulla! Mi dice che il pacco è in partenza dalla Cina! Premetto che l’ho ordinato il 6 febbraio per San Valentino e loro sul sito assicuravano di essere velocissimi! Alla fine è un magazzino a Milano di cinesi che fa arrivare tutto dalla Cina! Non oso immaginare cosa arriverà a casa e se arriverà!

Ho comprato un gioiello per San Valentino ed è arrivato dopo 28 giorni..la catenina molto sottile e i ciondoli piccolissimi. MAI PIÙ!!
Sconsiglio di acquistare da questa azienda..pessimo anche il servizio clienti..

Arrivato oggi non ci sono nemmeno le incisioni roba da maiali

i prodotti arrivano dalla CINA dopo un mese altro che Milano come fanno credere, altro che espresso e fai il regalo per san Valentino...arrivato alla festa della donna.
solo la busta regalo è la loro, l'oggetto è come da descrizione carino ma inscatolato con marchio cinese, le catenine incise sono leggerissime.

Schifo schifo schifo. Fatto un ordine con spedizione espressa, mi rispondono che entro 6/10 gg lavorativi arriva la spedizione. Poi è arrivata 1 mese dopo. Gli ho scritto per farmi restituire almeno i soldi della spedizione espressa e mi hanno risposto che erano da considerare i giorni dallo sdoganamento visto che arrivavano dall'estero. adesso vedrò se procedere con altroconsumo. mai più

Stavolta mi sono beccato una sola....
Per una volta che mi sono fatto abindolare da una pubblicità facebook per un regalino per San Valentino, sono rimasto fregato.
Ordine CM12842 mai arrivato.
