Shocking build instructions. Fire pit table even had completely different unit instructions. Stick on ‘CHIMES’ signs already fallen off in box.

A really good experience from start to…
A really good experience from start to finish - firstly in the showroom, We identified what we wanted & Harry made the sale & paperwork really straight forward, Secondly I then paid extra for the White Glove service which I would highly recommend too taking away all the messing around of getting rid of the packaging & not needing to assemble myself where Paul had it good to go within 45mins, I even chose my delivery day slot which was within 10 days of the sale itself, great range of furniture on site definitely worth a look before considering elsewhere 👍

All staff are very helpful. We telephoned our order as we knew what sun umbrella we wanted from the website. By the time we arrived the umbrella and all the accessories were ready for collection. All of our questions were answered in depth and a demonstration was given.
